Property owner was kind and communicated well. Property close to downtown area. Very nice and clean and accommodating with a few item to enjoy for a short stay. She had bagels and oatmeal available for a nice easy breakfast. It was a comfortable accommodation and great to have a kitchen that was well stocked!

The Sea Wolf Inn is a wonderful place to stay if you prefer being in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. It has a wonderful kitchen and coffee and even some food was supplied. It is within walking distance of downtown or a short cab ride. Lisa is helpful and knows the area and a great host.

Property located in a funky part of Anchorage. Older homes close to downtown. The rooms were the lower level of an older home. Had our own entrance. Our hostess, Lisa, was wonderful! Exceedingly friendly and full of great tips and knowledge about the area. The kitchen was exceedingly well equipped and had snacks and bagels, tea and coffee. Good TV reception and WiFi. Parking was a bit scary at first but we soon learned how to fit the rental into the space - no big deal !We had a fabulous 6 days here and actually started calling it 'home' after 3 days. Our only complaint was the REALLY low and small toilet! We're older and it was a challenge to use. Needs updating and perhaps some grab bars on the tub/shower. Reminds us of the homes we grew up in. Very comfortable ( great bed !) for a longer stay. Handy location and if weather is good the yard is usable to soak up the sun. Great vacation!

Lisa is a fantastic host who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome in her garden apartment. We had arranged to drop off our cases early as we were arriving ahead of check-in time, and Lisa met us at the end of the alley. We had a lovely couple of days in Anchorage and at the Sea Wolf Inn. Well provisioned apartment a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants. Lots of local information provided. Responds quickly to messages 🙂

It was clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen. So we were able to have a hot homemade breakfast in the morning (saving us $$) and end the day with a hot bath to recover after our day of Alaskan excursions!

This cozy little apartment served as our home away from home on 3 different occasions during our recent drive/train trip to Alaska. Each time we were there, Lisa came out to greet us with open arms like a long, lost relative. The apartment was warm, cozy, spacious and well equipped with a good-sized kitchen, plenty of coffee and tea supplies, some breakfast items, and all the pans and utensils needed to make a meal. Carr’s, the local Safeway affiliate, is a short walk away. Downtown is about a mile away, so a pleasant walk through the nearby Delaney Park to reach several nice restaurants. Lisa has loads of solid recommendations. It was early in the season (late May), so her garden wasn’t in full bloom yet, but she has tables and chairs set up outside to enjoy the clean Alaskan air even now. We highly recommend this location, and we’ll surely stay with Lisa again when we return.

We had a great stay at the Sea Wolf Inn, Lisa was super friendly, an excellent host, and really made the place feel like home away from home. A little tricky to find at first, but Lisa was also very helpful in directing us upon arrival. Easy walking distance to the downtown area and a well stocked kitchen were definitely nice to haves!

This quaint, clean, well appointed apartment was just as advertised. Lisa was a great host and communicated with me throughout. The place is loaded with kitchen items like pots, pans, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. Anything you need to cook with. There is fresh ground coffee and a few drinks in the refrigerator waiting for you. She is very thoughtful and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Comfy bed too. The WiFi can be a bit spotty sometimes but we wanted to be outside exploring more than surfing the internet so it wasn’t that big of a deal. My wife and I walked to downtown. It is less than a mile and the weather was good. Whenever we needed an Uber it was easy to get one quickly. Lisa left a map with places marked off that she suggested. We enjoyed 49th State brewery for dinner and drinks as well as AK Alchemist (much smaller place but good halibut tacos and beer). We also took an Uber down to Middle way cafe for brunch. That place was great with food options for any diet. The backyard at the apartment has all kinds of beautiful things growing and little birds coming to the bird bath. Just an all around great experience.

We stayed at the Sea Wolf Inn for five nights. It was perfect for us. The apartment has a kitchen for those who like to take a break from restaurants. Lisa was so great. She checked in with us before our trip to make sure everything was ready for us when we got there. The Inn was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was close enough to downtown, so we decided to walk there to go shopping and to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

Lisa was incredibly generous in so many ways going above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. Place was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The hot water and shower pressure was amazing after walking the icy streets of Anchorage.

This is the nicest place to stay! Lisa has everything that you might want, including a variety of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, even scissors and tape. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Lisa is an amazing hostess and her attention to detail made our stay incredible. She went above and beyond in helping to orientate us prior to our trip to ensure we made the most of the Fur Rondy. She even left out programs and maps to help us get going as soon as we arrived. In every way she made the stay welcoming and memorable.

Lisa’s place was perfect as a base for my Alaska journey. Plenty of room, lovely Alaskana furnishings and fully furnished and functional kitchen. She was helpful and flexible in accommodating me as my schedule changed on short notice. Great spot and host. Can’t imagine how nice it’ll be in summer! Five stars.

We enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place immensely. It felt like home as everything was there and ready for us. We especially loved the excellent mattress and plush carpeting. The coffee in the am was also perfect as was the refrigerator of goodies. We hope to return and will definitely stay at Lisa’s the next time.

Property located in a funky part of Anchorage. Older homes close to downtown. The rooms were the lower level of an older home. Had our own entrance. Our hostess, Lisa, was wonderful! Exceedingly friendly and full of great tips and knowledge about the area. The kitchen was exceedingly well equipped and had snacks and bagels, tea and coffee. Good TV reception and WiFi. Parking was a bit scary at first but we soon learned how to fit the rental into the space - no big deal !We had a fabulous 6 days here and actually started calling it 'home' after 3 days. Our only complaint was the REALLY low and small toilet! We're older and it was a challenge to use. Needs updating and perhaps some grab bars on the tub/shower. Reminds us of the homes we grew up in. Very comfortable ( great bed !) for a longer stay. Handy location and if weather is good the yard is usable to soak up the sun. Great vacation!

Lisa is a fantastic host who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome in her garden apartment. We had arranged to drop off our cases early as we were arriving ahead of check-in time, and Lisa met us at the end of the alley. We had a lovely couple of days in Anchorage and at the Sea Wolf Inn. Well provisioned apartment a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants. Lots of local information provided. Responds quickly to messages 🙂

Lisa was so great. She checked in with us before our trip to make sure everything was ready for us when we got there. The Inn was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was close enough to downtown, so we decided to walk there to go shopping and to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was so amazing for my girlfriend and I to stay at during our trip to Alaska! Lisa was extremely accommodating with our late flight. She was so kind and left birthday flowers for us, such a sweet thought!! We had left a few items after checkout and she gladly reached out to us to see if she could mail them to us.

This was such a great place to stay. It is close enough to walk to just about anywhere you need to go. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a rock! The host was quick to answer any questions and had town maps and information in the room for us. The host definately goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience there. I would definately stay here again if we go back to Anchorage.

We had a great stay at the Sea Wolf Inn, Lisa was super friendly, an excellent host, and really made the place feel like home away from home. A little tricky to find at first, but Lisa was also very helpful in directing us upon arrival. Easy walking distance to the downtown area and a well stocked kitchen were definitely nice to haves!

Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel welcomed. Our plane was arriving late and then was delayed even more and still she met us at the gate. She has included maps and lots of small amenities to make you feel at home. A perfect little place for two or three people to sleep between adventures!

This cozy little apartment served as our home away from home on 3 different occasions during our recent drive/train trip to Alaska. Each time we were there, Lisa came out to greet us with open arms like a long, lost relative. The apartment was warm, cozy, spacious and well equipped with a good-sized kitchen, plenty of coffee and tea supplies, some breakfast items, and all the pans and utensils needed to make a meal. Carr’s, the local Safeway affiliate, is a short walk away. Downtown is about a mile away, so a pleasant walk through the nearby Delaney Park to reach several nice restaurants. Lisa has loads of solid recommendations. It was early in the season (late May), so her garden wasn’t in full bloom yet, but she has tables and chairs set up outside to enjoy the clean Alaskan air even now. We highly recommend this location, and we’ll surely stay with Lisa again when we return.

This quaint, clean, well appointed apartment was just as advertised. Lisa was a great host and communicated with me throughout. The place is loaded with kitchen items like pots, pans, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. Anything you need to cook with. There is fresh ground coffee and a few drinks in the refrigerator waiting for you. She is very thoughtful and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Comfy bed too. The WiFi can be a bit spotty sometimes but we wanted to be outside exploring more than surfing the internet so it wasn’t that big of a deal. My wife and I walked to downtown. It is less than a mile and the weather was good. Whenever we needed an Uber it was easy to get one quickly. Lisa left a map with places marked off that she suggested. We enjoyed 49th State brewery for dinner and drinks as well as AK Alchemist (much smaller place but good halibut tacos and beer). We also took an Uber down to Middle way cafe for brunch. That place was great with food options for any diet. The backyard at the apartment has all kinds of beautiful things growing and little birds coming to the bird bath. Just an all around great experience.

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and Air B&B’s. Lisa’s place was very clean and convenient for getting around downtown Anchorage. When I am back in Anchorage I will surely book with Sea Wolf Inn if it is available! Enjoy, E. Clark

We stayed at the Sea Wolf Inn for five nights. It was perfect for us. The apartment has a kitchen for those who like to take a break from restaurants. It is well stocked with all the supplies you have at home. It is on a quiet, neighborhood street. It is walkable to downtown. And Lisa is an excellent host. She has tons of advice and information. Property owner was kind and communicated well. Property close to downtown area. Very nice and clean and accommodating with a few item to enjoy for a short stay. She had bagels and oatmeal available for a nice easy breakfast. It was a comfortable accommodation and great to have a kitchen that was well stocked!

The Sea Wolf Inn is a wonderful place to stay if you prefer being in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. It has a wonderful kitchen and coffee and even some food was supplied. It is within walking distance of downtown or a short cab ride. Lisa is helpful and knows the area and a great host.

We really enjoyed staying here; it was so homey. Lisa provided bagels and coffee/tea which was a really nice touch. There was also lots of information about the neighborhood and places to go.

It was clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen. So we were able to have a hot homemade breakfast in the morning (saving us $$) and end the day with a hot bath to recover after our day of Alaskan excursions!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anchorage and this little residence. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. My only feedback is it would be awesome to have a slightly bigger, coffee maker. My husband and I are huge coffee drinkers, so having to make two pots was not my favorite thing, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again I absolutely loved it

The Sea Wolf Inn is like described: a bit of home. It had all the ameneties you may need and more. Lisa was a gracious host and stocked the place with snacks, drinks and brochures for just about every activity. We had no issues or complaints.

We enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place immensely. It felt like home as everything was there and ready for us. We especially loved the excellent mattress and plush carpeting. The coffee in the am was also perfect as was the refrigerator of goodies. We hope to return and will definitely stay at Lisa’s the next time.

A little tricky to find at first, but Lisa was also very helpful in directing us upon arrival. Easy walking distance to the downtown area and a well stocked kitchen were definitely nice to haves!
