The place was as advertised...a new renow, with a lot of thought put into the place...from the blackout curtains to the teas/coffee, water bottle and snacks. There was even a moose in the backyard when we arrived!

Clean, nicely decorated, new appliances. We were especially pleased with the Kuerig and the choice of coffees. We were also pleased with the selection of breakfast bars, instant oatmeal and bottle of waters in the fridge. We were gone most of the time so it was a comfortable haven to return to.

My son and I were in town for a quick 3 night stay. It was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to downtown Anchorage. It was clean and well stocked. Just as advertised. Great communication with the owner.

We stayed for 2 nights - there is a flight of stairs to the second floor where the apartment is located - we rented a car for the 2 days - apartment is wonderful - great location - clean - spacious - has everything you will need - also water - coffee - tea - hot chocolate - snacks - owner was great with communication - highly recommend - only suggestion would be for DECAF coffee - thanks so much we had a great stay!

Property was exactly as described! Kitchen was well stocked and upgrades to the property are amazing. We loved the location to downtown but still felt like we weren’t in the big city. Beds were comfortable, very clean. Great stay!

Good location for easy access to downtown, the airport, parks, trails and the highway to explore beyond Anchorage. We used this property as a home base for day trips throughout the Anchorage and surrounding area. The host was responsive and the unit had many amenities and designated parking for ease of travel.

Very nice unit, all new, all the little things you need for laundry, cooking, etc. were all there. Host was super easy to reach, just across the street was a park for a nice stroll down to the shore, close to take day trips in and out of town.

The home was as expected and did live up to the images on the internet. Loved the white glove treatment by host. Towels were soft and large, mattress was superb, the office desk was great to work from, living room and big screen tv in living room was like being home, loved the complimentary coffee and water. Location was exceptional - close to restaurant and airport. Recommend this place to anyone looking for home away from home. Thank you.

This is a wonderful apartment tucked into a quiet area that is close to downtown (5 minute drive) and sits right next to a beautiful trail. Plenty of space to spread out. The apartment is modern, very clean and well maintained. It provided a perfect base camp for our 10-day adventure in the Anchorage area.

Located in Spenard area with easy access to lots of amenities. One bedroom does only have a twin bed but our party of two couples made it work. There is a sofa bed. Beautifully decorated and up to date with appliances. Extremely clean and we appreciated that no shoes are to be worn in the apartment which indicates the love and care that this apartment has. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this unit and would definitely stay here again! The owners do such an amazing job with keeping it SO clean and beautiful. Felt like we were at home. Very spacious for 2 travelers and great location near the Tony Knowles trail. Bed was super comfortable as well.

This apartment is in an excellent location close to downtown. Walk around the lagoon and right to the Coastal Trail.It was clean and well stocked. You have a Mountain View from the couch and kitchen. Note, this is a second floor unit so think about your luggage for the stairs (no elevator).I will definitely stay here again. Terrific experience!

Dan was one of the best hosts & so was his wife! Was just a great location near Westchester lagoon with a breath taking view of the sunset with waterfowl galore to boot!! The Canadian geese & Mallards were so cool & could be heard quacking away throughout the day & nite from the patio. Super quiet place to charge your battery after a long day of meetings/work!! I recommend this property to all! 4 stars in every category!!

This fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for a Thanksgiving hockey tournament. The location was perfect - super quiet but easy to get to and from. The space was excellent and everything was comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Overall a great stay. We would totally stay here again!

The home was as expected and did live up to the images on the internet. Loved the white glove treatment by host. Towels were soft and large, mattress was superb, the office desk was great to work from, living room and big screen tv in living room was like being home, loved the complimentary coffee and water. Location was exceptional - close to restaurant and airport. Recommend this place to anyone looking for home away from home. Thank you.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this unit and would definitely stay here again! The owners do such an amazing job with keeping it SO clean and beautiful. Felt like we were at home. Very spacious for 2 travelers and great location near the Tony Knowles trail. Bed was super comfortable as well.

Our brief stay at this property was enjoyable. The owner was thoughtful and interested in creating a welcoming , clean place to stay. It is conveniently located to the airport and downtown.

Clean and comfortable unit centrally located in Anchorage. Quiet area as well. It is important to be aware of the fact that someone lives above the unit and that soundproofing in the building is generally weak. IOW, you will hear that person walk around etc.

The place was very clean. Dan is amazing and always responded in a timely manner any time I had questions. I would definitely go back and stay here again! Very close to nice walking trails.

The place was clean, everything was clean and comfortable, the master bed was really comfortable. Maybe I overlooked it, didn't realize the apartment was on the second floor when I booked this place for post-operation recovery, but it was an upper extremity thing so no big deal. Thin walls, so you can hear the neighbors, but no one was loud at late hours. Overall, a great little place to stay and will definitely see if it has availability if/when I get stuck in Anchorage again.
