The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. There were 6 women staying for 2 nights. We had plenty of beds. The kitchen is had everything we needed. It is convenient to many restaurants. Very nice for our stay.

House was well stocked and clean. House was walkable to all restaurants and shops. Easy drive to many wineries. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels for the group.

This was a very fun and unique home. We are a fan of older homes and loved the funky decor and exposed brick. We had concerns about it having only window air conditioners (it was very hot) and it being located right next to a gas station but everyone slept fine and the running window air hid any noise that might have been happening. Not sure how that might be during other times of the year. My only suggestion for the owners would be to add a few more bowls to the kitchen supplies. After 2 people ate we had to wash the bowls so the other 2 could eat. We did find a 3rd bowl the next day but I think guests would appreciate a few more. We really liked the variety and selection of glasses though. Clearly a place by a college is used more to drink at than eat at but a balance of both would be good.

Alecia’s Home is a charming place to stay. Very clean, well appointed, roomy with comfortable beds and furniture. Great kitchen. Had everything we needed for a girls get away. We loved sitting on the the front porch. Alecia was always prompt w a reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend

This home was perfect for our stay. It is close to everything so walking is the way to go. The home is clean and welcoming. Great front porch for people-watching and cute back patio, too. We really enjoyed our stay and are already considering a return visit!

Our family enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and amenities of this lovely old home. Morning walks to the lake, easy access to plenty of yummy establishments and groceries, and space to spread out were greatly appreciated. Don’t miss Geneva Gelato or Water Street Cafe!

We were in town for a wedding at the Cracker Factory and this was ideally located for that! We had easy access to some downtown shops with a nice relaxing house to stay at. The kitchen was a delight and the bedrooms could have slept a lot more that we had. I would definitely rent this again!

We absolutely loved "The Gem." The three of us stayed overnight during a trip to the Finger Lakes. It was beautifully decorated, clean and included all the appropriate amenities. Communication with the host was very good. She was helpful and responsive. It was easy to get in with the key code and very easy to find. I cannot recommend her and this house enough. What a great experience. I will be staying here again. Thank you, thank you!

We were unfortunately in town for a funeral. We had family, 5 people to house for a night. Hotel rooms were not possible, so this house fit the bill! It was clean, lovely, so nice to have a whole house to move around In. Wish we had more time to stay. The house was updated to perfection! Great place ty hosts!

The Gem had all accommodations needed. We stayed 3 nights while vacationing. Enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the home, plenty of room. Gas station next store had late night noise, but not bad. Easy walking downtown. 2 big beds were comfortable, 2 smaller mattresses a little thin. Would recommend to friends.

We came to see HWS at the end of several days away from home on a college tour with 3 friends. This was just right with space for everyone to separate and relax. Very clean and spacious. Only suggestions are room darkening shades in bedroom (esp king) bc lights from gas station next door are bright. It was noisier than I expected but a white noise app helped immensely. Very clean, had all we needed! Driveway parking a definite plus. Thank you!

Everything was fantastic from booking, to checking in, to the stay, and departing...we could not have asked for more. If we bring friends up again to wine country, we will definitly look to stay in this house again. Great location to downtown restaurants and the waterfront.

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable house right in downtown Geneva. House was short walk to HWS, downtown restaurants, and lakefront/FLX visitor center. We would happily stay here again.

This was a very fun and unique home. We are a fan of older homes and loved the funky decor and exposed brick. We had concerns about it having only window air conditioners (it was very hot) and it being located right next to a gas station but everyone slept fine and the running window air hid any noise that might have been happening. Not sure how that might be during other times of the year. My only suggestion for the owners would be to add a few more bowls to the kitchen supplies. After 2 people ate we had to wash the bowls so the other 2 could eat. We did find a 3rd bowl the next day but I think guests would appreciate a few more. We really liked the variety and selection of glasses though. Clearly a place by a college is used more to drink at than eat at but a balance of both would be good.

Very pleasant week long stay. ProsSuper conveniently located, can walk to many restaurants/barsOwners are very responsive Beds are comfortable Bonus tiny bedroom (only has a twin bed, no closet)Ice maker in freezerSpacious living areasWell kept Great parking Home has many original historic touchesCons Bathrooms are very smallMinimal storage in bedrooms (closets only have hooks)No direct access to house from driveway Minimal window coveringsWe did not find the gas station next door to be an issue. I would suggest taking earplugs and sleep masks. I would not recommend more than 4 people for more than a long weekend due to the bathrooms.

This home was perfect for our stay. It is close to everything so walking is the way to go. The home is clean and welcoming. Great front porch for people-watching and cute back patio, too. We really enjoyed our stay and are already considering a return visit!

Our family enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and amenities of this lovely old home. Morning walks to the lake, easy access to plenty of yummy establishments and groceries, and space to spread out were greatly appreciated. Don’t miss Geneva Gelato or Water Street Cafe!

We were in town for a wedding at the Cracker Factory and this was ideally located for that! We had easy access to some downtown shops with a nice relaxing house to stay at. The kitchen was a delight and the bedrooms could have slept a lot more that we had. I would definitely rent this again!

Everything was fantastic from booking, to checking in, to the stay, and departing...we could not have asked for more. If we bring friends up again to wine country, we will definitly look to stay in this house again. Great location to downtown restaurants and the waterfront.

We loved our stay here. We were close to everything and were even able to walk to dinner (in the colder winter temps) so no one had to worry about having a cocktail and then driving. Will definitely stay again.

The Gem had all accommodations needed. We stayed 3 nights while vacationing. Enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the home, plenty of room. Gas station next store had late night noise, but not bad. Easy walking downtown. 2 big beds were comfortable, 2 smaller mattresses a little thin. Would recommend to friends.

We had a GREAT night at the property. So comfy and welcoming. Quiet and within walking distance to some good restaurants… one comment or suggestion might be to laminate some instructions and place near some of the appliances. We did not know that they would be in the binder on the table and had to bother the host. Otherwise - we had a group of 6 girls for a fun weekend and everyone was very satisfied with their stay. So clean and updated! Great space

What a great place to stay with friends (7 of us)! So much space on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs were clean and spacious, bedding fresh and aesthetic! And Geneva is such a great town to shop, eat and drink, just a short 2 minute walk down the road. And while there is only 1 full bath and 1 half bath, all the other amenities more than make up for it, just get one of your party make a shower schedule lol. Also plenty of parking in the driveway plus you can park overnight on the wide one way street the house is on. (We didn’t hear any noise from the gas station, honestly I forgot it was there.)
