Creek Valley House that's Cozy, Quiet & Peaceful !

l really enjoyed my stay here with my family. It had great amenities such as a jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, and huge backyard, all of which I took advantage of. Enjoyed some coffee while overlooking the back yard and a deer would visit regularly in the morning. It was about 25 minutes to downtown but is also located in a cute little town of its own. Very close to incline railway. This place is basically right on lookout mountain. There are Mountain View’s somewhat from the property in the distance through the trees however you can definitely see the mountains that surround you more as soon as you are heading away or towards the property. Although this home is remodeled it is definitely an older home but there is nothing wrong with that. If I could change one thing, it would be improved mattresses. Time and time again I feel rentals lack that and it honestly would make a huge difference. However they weren’t terrible but could be better. Overall I am happy that I stayed here. I had a very positive experience with my family, They loved it!

This is an adorable house. Loved the old feel. Nice remodel work! Back deck and fire pit was great! Communication with renter was outstanding. Far enough out of town that traffic wasnt a problem, but close enough to everything we planned.

There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen lacked on utensils for cooking. Only has the bare minimum. Bad yard had a board on the ground that was covering something. It was not safe children playing. This is an older house with alot of improvements. I would stay there again.

Steps for the hot tub would be helpful, my mom is 85 and had a hard time getting in and out.

This charming house was in such a great area !! Just a few minutes from Look Out Mountain and Ruby Falls Beds were SOOO comfortable!!!!! We all got a great nights rest !!! Description of beds are a bit confusing- listing says double bed and it’s really a twin bed with trundle . Also when we arrived the loft was 99 degrees . The upper AC unit was not working , I called Lindsay the property manager and she quickly responded getting us a portable AC unit delivered within 3 hours.

We enjoyed staying at the property with another couple/friends who were up for Family Weekend at a local college. We enjoynicelyasssddequipped kitchen,

The house and location was great. Ee needed to get to Chattanooga and it was the perfect distance. We had small kid’s and they had a blast in the backyard and in the bunk bed room. It was perfect for the families that all stayed here. The hot tub was awesome for the adults after the kids went to bed.

The “2nd” bathroom… fairly certain the only person who could take a shower in there is an oompa lompa… you seriously have to be 3 foot tall to fit. Ridiculous this is called a bathroom. And not to mention zero curtains on the “2nd” bathroom window. The neighbors can see EVERYTHING through the window… and I mean everything…….. when you are trying to shower and because of the knee wall, you have to get on your knees just to get ready in the mirror. There are cracks long ways in the front door to where you can see daylight, through what is supposed to be a solid wooden door. No ice trays… it’s the south and hotter than hades.. who doesn’t have ice trays or an ice maker? Pros: House is super cute Backyard is great for entertaining. Still a work in progress but cute. Good neighborhood Plenty of parking Spacious bedrooms Good kitchen space Decent laundry room Good supply of towels, toilet paper etc…. We enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga. But would not recommend this house to a party of multiple families with the bathroom situation. But, would recommend to a single family.

We drove 6 hours to stay for a wedding in Chattanooga. We had 4 adults and two children ages 2 and 3 with us. The venue was 20 minutes away. It was a perfect getaway. The house was very clean and spacious for all us us.

The upstairs bathroom is useless because of crazy low ceilings and a shower head that’s only 3 feet off the ground. It’s ok as a tub but not for a shower. The big down side is the house has a rough past of neglect and you can see visible signs of water damage and smell what might be mold in the air. The wood floors have damage and window areas/seals have water damage. The ceiling in the main bathroom has water damage and (black mold?)forming on it.

First of all the photos of this property that are posted for this property IS NOT what the property actually looks like. The walls were dirty, the washing machine was filthy, there are gaps in the doors where you can see outside. In addition when we open the door, it had a very bad smell. You could tell it had not been stayed in for a while nor was cleaned before we arrived; dirty rugs wadded up with dirt swept under them. Cigarette butts all over the ground in the driveway. I took photos of property and I contacted the person in my reservations but they seem not to care so I asked for a manager but never got to speak with them either because they were in a “meeting.” They did refund 15% which was around 122 but we will never stay at this property nor do any business with Unique Stays ever again.

At arrival, we noticed a huge crack going down the main entry door. The windows had gaps around the edges & noticeable water damage. The house had a musty smell to it. The only way to stand in the upstairs shower is if you are 3ft tall. We had 4 adults, so we were able to make it work with the downstairs shower but if we had more people with us since the house “sleeps 10” it would have gotten very tight. The listing states “plenty of seating” but the table in the kitchen is so small, you can comfortably fit one adult on each bench. On our last night, we came back to the house & immediately saw 1 roach running under the couch. We then kept finding more for a TOTAL OF 6 in about 2 hours. They were in the kitchen, the blue sofas, & in the room with the bunk beds! During that time we packed our stuff and left the property in the middle of the night instead of getting sleep and waiting until check out the next morning. We did text the host at night, he replied with little concern the next morning when we were halfway home already. They said they would work with the owners to try to refund us some of our money, but then stopped replying and won’t answer to our texts anymore. Very disappointing and the pictures of the house are very edited to make it look better than what it is. Today, I read back on reviews and saw someone had a roach problem last year in July, so clearly this has been an ongoing issue they haven’t cared to fix. Wish we would have read that review before booking.

Clean and relaxing home. Great location to everything. Conveniently located within 10 minutes to restaurants and tourist attractions. Highly recommend!!

I want to start off by saying communication with property management was awesome. They were messaging us promptly which was nice because we never had to reach out to them for anything. It’s close to town, backyard is nice, and kitchen is fully equipped. My main critiques are the property is not fully cleaned. It is Surface level clean meaning they clean bare minimum that you see with your eyes. My toddler found a half ate piece of pizza under the couch on arrival. Blankets in the living room smelled like nasty body odor and linens in bedroom had stains on them. Additionally, the house smelled like mildew and mold. The house is super old so I wouldn’t be surprised if that smell was from mold. The pictures I feel are super airbrushed. Lots of insects in the bunk bed room because there is an exterior door in there that has a massive gap that allows insects in. I truly feel the price to stay at the house was definitely not justified in the condition it actually was I wished we had just booked a hotel room or paid a little more for this other VRBO house we saw.

Nice older home with renovations. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids had their own space and loved the house. The only negatives were no plug in the downstairs bath for soaking in the tub and under the downstairs beds could use some extra cleaning but otherwise the house was great. Would definitely recommend this house.

Lovely place and loved having 4 bedrooms.

We had a lovely time staying in this home in Chattanooga. It was an incredibly quiet place just outside a quaint suburb. I was with my wife and three kids and we all had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-equipped and the furniture was comfortable. A+

This was a nice house to stay in. Good location for what we was doing. Only thing I could say that could of been better in the beds. They are real low to the floor and are not that comfortable.

Overall it’s a great rental, I do wish there was a very high top lock on the “kids” room with bunks. Since there is a door that goes outside in the same room. With small kids that can open doors this made me a bit nervous having them in there. Also, twin beds def need upgrades. Otherwise we liked it.

Our stay was fantastic at this cozy little house, the place is exactly like the listing, very spacious as well. We were 7 and it felt comfortable for the time we spent for a wedding in Chattanooga. The bunks were not really suited for adults unless sleeping on the bottom, we had a fire one night with the fire pit and that was lovely. Thank you so much for everything!

We were looking for a nice, quiet area to celebrate our friend. She is low key and likes to relax, and if that is what you are looking for this place is perfect. Very clean and plenty of space. Nice neighborhood and surrounding area. The owner is prompt to respond and very friendly. Only about a 7-10 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. Would stay here again!

We stayed at this house for the Ironman race. It was quiet and away from the busyness of town. Not an inconvenience either. We enjoyed this stay and would go back.

Wonderful place to stay that had great accommodation for a multi family w/ kids group. We where close to all attractions and adventures while still able to enjoy quite and peacefully nights by a camp fire. couldn't ask for anything more.

The house and location was great. Ee needed to get to Chattanooga and it was the perfect distance. We had small kid’s and they had a blast in the backyard and in the bunk bed room. It was perfect for the families that all stayed here. The hot tub was awesome for the adults after the kids went to bed.
