Our large family rented two properties adjacent to The Venue at Chattanooga for a wedding weekend. It was the perfect location. The house is well-maintained and furnished. Our contact communicated well and was easy to work with. The backyard fire pit was enjoyed by the adults and the children had a great time on the rocks while "exploring." We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay and would book again if in the area. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and house. There was enough room for our large family (2 adults and 4 kids). We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit especially with the available wood pile. Close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Clean and spacious!

Our family of older adults, young adults, and toddlers found this property to be a great match for our needs. Lots of livingroom/kitchen space. Lots of bathrooms! Great location to get to the Aquarium, Children's Museum, Splash Pad, and food/ice cream restaurants, but still countryish. Nice backyard up against the woods with firepit and and outdoor seating. We would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The home was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect location, very clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the keyless entry was super convenient. The host even provided stuff for making s’mores and firewood. It was such a nice touch.

We absolutely loved this home and its location!! The home is beautiful and well laid out for families. Convenient to downtown Chattanooga (within 10-15 mins); yet in a very serene setting. The backyard is amazing and sitting out in the evenings around the firepit was so nice. The younger kids enjoyed the backyard and exploring. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

We had a wonderful time at this house. My family of 3 together our friends a family of 4 stayed in property for 3 nights. It was very spacious for all 7 of us. It was spotlessly clean. Very new and modern. The rooms weee very well appointed and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We’ve stayed in many rental locations and we’ve never had so many supplies already provided for us. The house is very close to downtown Chattanooga. The Tennessee aquarium was less than 15 minute drive. The back yard was awesome. We roasted marshmallows and the house had sticks laid out already for us. The kids had a great time in back yard. We had a wonderful time. We would certainly stay here again.

Stayed a week around our daughter’s wedding. House was clean, well stocked and even had welcome snacks for us. Beds were comfortable and the jack-n-Jill bathroom upstairs made things easier when the bridal party stayed with us. Location next to The Venue made wedding day super easy!We made use of the fire pit and grill as well. We actually had rehearsal in the back yard. We chose this location because of the wedding venue next door and it was perfect! Our stay was pleasant and the house was spotless and totally accommodating! Views are gorgeous and everything was very comfortable and convenient! Would so use evolve again!

Well located near all places you want to visir. Nice house with great a/c.Comunnication with host I gave a one star because I could not get negative. Never answer my messages, calls or text. Only was able before checking with a pet concern over email. The should get soneone else to handle messages.Cleaning personnel finish just in tine of checkin, microwave was dirty, bathroom floor towels were wet, upstairs bed cover in one of the rooms was wet. Upstairs sinks were not draining properly sent a message did not receive a reply or call. Dish ware had few crack plates and glass.Its so sad the host was not responsive as these were thinga that could have been simple to resolve and I could have left a better review and star review. I also did not let me upload pictures here.

The location of this house is very convenient to Lookout Mountain and related attractions. It was easy to find and is as it appears in the photos. The place was Very clean and open concept kept the family together when we wanted to be. Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs is a smart design choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was immaculate inside and lots of space for our family of four. It backs onto a forest which is really pretty, we loved just sitting out on the porch and listening to the birds chirping. It's also very close to the major attractions like Ruby falls.

We stayed here with our three grandchildren for a few days during Spring Break. This house had plenty of room, a great view, and was within a 10 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. (Aquarium and Lookout Mountain). There was a grocery store and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay here.

The house is super cute, plenty of space for my husband and myself and our adult kids and spouses. King bed was very comfortable and the 2 queen beds accommodated the other couples comfortably. The location to downtown Chattanooga and other attractions was perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this home. Check in was easy. The host answered all of our questions quickly. The home was clean and and nice. All we needed was there. Our daughter got married at The Venue so being right beside the place of the wedding was very convienent. It was also easy to find for those who came for a meal or to play some cards. I would stay here again.

Well located near all places you want to visir. Nice house with great a/c.Comunnication with host I gave a one star because I could not get negative. Never answer my messages, calls or text. Only was able before checking with a pet concern over email. The should get soneone else to handle messages.Cleaning personnel finish just in tine of checkin, microwave was dirty, bathroom floor towels were wet, upstairs bed cover in one of the rooms was wet. Upstairs sinks were not draining properly sent a message did not receive a reply or call. Dish ware had few crack plates and glass.Its so sad the host was not responsive as these were thinga that could have been simple to resolve and I could have left a better review and star review. I also did not let me upload pictures here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were able to check-in a couple hours early, and the check-in process was a breeze. The house offers plenty of towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, paper towels, toilet paper, and plenty of utensils/dishes to prepare and serve simple-to-easy difficulty meals. The views from the property were wonderful to enjoy any time of day. It was a very quiet neighborhood that was close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to be peaceful. Our children enjoyed the space to run around and climb and explore the rocks in the back. Check-out was also very simple and didn't require anything beyond stripping the beds and taking out the trash. Again, we loved it and hope to be back.

We loved our stay here! The home was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect location, very clean, the king bed was comfortable, and the keyless entry was super convenient. The host even provided stuff for making s’mores and firewood. It was such a nice touch.

This property had everything we needed and was furnished as advertised. The home was clean and well kept. It is also convenient to the interstate and shopping. The check in process was super easy and the property manager was extremely welcoming. My family and I would definitely stay here again,

Stayed a week around our daughter’s wedding. House was clean, well stocked and even had welcome snacks for us. Beds were comfortable and the jack-n-Jill bathroom upstairs made things easier when the bridal party stayed with us. Location next to The Venue made wedding day super easy!We made use of the fire pit and grill as well. We actually had rehearsal in the back yard. It was perfect!Jonathon the host, was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Great stay and would book again if in the area. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and house. There was enough room for our large family (2 adults and 4 kids). We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit especially with the available wood pile. Close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Clean and spacious!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this home. Check in was easy. The host answered all of our questions quickly. The home was clean and and nice. All we needed was there. Our daughter got married at The Venue so being right beside the place of the wedding was very convienent. It was also easy to find for those who came for a meal or to play some cards. I would stay here again.

Our family of older adults, young adults, and toddlers found this property to be a great match for our needs. Lots of livingroom/kitchen space. Lots of bathrooms! Great location to get to the Aquarium, Children's Museum, Splash Pad, and food/ice cream restaurants, but still countryish. Nice backyard up against the woods with firepit and and outdoor seating. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We chose the location as we wanted to be outside of Chattanooga. We found it easy to get to all the places we visited including downtown. The house is great and had everything we needed.

Great Location close to Ruby Falls Rock city etc and restaurants the property was in a nice quiet area and the home was nice and clean I would definitely recommend this property.

The view was awesome. We loved the backyard area because there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax at the same time. We had everything we needed to cook. We didn't have enough washcloths initially but when I informed our contact person they provided us with more quickly. There was no broom or extra trash bags available but I also didn't bring this to their attention during the stay. I would stay here again.

The condition of the house was very good. The house is rented as sleeping 8. I believe there was one bath towel for each guest. We stayed 4 nights. I washed towels twice during my stay. The best thermostat kept resetting the temperature at night to 63 degrees. I understand running a program to save on your expenses when the house is empty, but when it's rented out I should be able to set it at a comfortable temperature for me and my family. Maybe I just didn't know how to set it. But it sure seemed as if something was over riding what I was changing it to.
