Large Secluded Home w/ Private Pool, Hot-tub, Gym, Game room, and Bar Area.

The house was fine but there were damages. There was a window screen from the upstairs window by the front door. Some one the dining chairs were broken. The basement ceiling and pipes were leaking. A couples holes in the first floor ceiling. The fridge didn’t cool, half our food when bad. The door frame to the master bedroom was broken. The floors were sticky on arrival. There was a maintenance worker fixing the downstairs toilet. The host said the grill and pool are usable but we had to scoop out lots of leaves and bugs out and the grill was disgusting and there was no tools to clean it nor did it work. The jacuzzi didn’t work, we spent 1 hour fixing it.

Great house and amazing communication with the host! Would definitely recommend this for a large group.

The house is well-equipped, but needs a little more attention to cleaning and better washers and dryers and kitchen needs some repairs.

Half of this house is updated and clean but the kitchen, patios, sunroom, garage, laundry room, carpets, and landscaping had many broken things and not clean at all. I will be contacting the host about the cleanliness and poison ivy hrowing everywhere around the pool. The host was responsive to our pool issue and made a house call to fix a part on the pump.
