It was my first time in Big Bear, and it was amazing! My family and I had so much fun, and the house we stayed in was perfect. We made some wonderful memories there that we’ll always cherish and take with us.

Great location and decent property but comes with two major issues. (1) There is a massive tree in the middle of the parking area which is strategically not included in property pictures. Parking is extremely difficult. (2) The refrigerator does not work. The fridge and freezer area are both essentially room temperature while it appears to be on. All of our groceries spoiled over night which wasted all money I spent on groceries and made our trip less enjoyable by not being able to have basic items cooled.
