Beautiful wood cabin, even has the fresh cut wood smell. The view was breath taking. The drive up and down from the cabin is alittle nerve wrecking, make sure you have all wheel drive, and do not drive after dark. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Its a very private location, loved it. At night there are fireflies everywhere. It was simply magical.

We thought this was a great value! The house was well stocked with everything we needed- paper towels, toilet paper, etc - and the kitchen was great for cooking. We loved our morning coffee on the front porch (the coffee maker has conical filters!). The view was beautiful. The location was convenient - feels remote without being too far from a main road. The path to the fire pit and the fire pit area was overgrown with large weeds, but that would be our only complaint. The host was lovely and provided timely and helpful information. I would definitely recommend this house!

Exceptionally clean, host was a pleasure to correspond with, pet friendly. Cabin was very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Hot tub was unusable. It was filthy and coated in green algae. Pet friendly with. 50 fee than ended up being 192.00 with poor explanation as to why. They said it went back into cleaning fees which clearly aren’t being utilized well based on the overall condition of the cabin. Check out is listed as 11am on vrbo, but actually 10am. Overall very disappointed in the overall experience. Property was very cozy and cute but they should seriously consider a landscaper to remove the weed overgrowth that consumed the back yard. Tons of thorns and weeds in the backyard require closed toed shoes and pants to avoid injury.

The view from the deck does not disappoint. They have gated the deck and put in a fence around the cabin which I thought made it much safer with pets although we didn't bring ours. The location is less than 15 to Blue Ridge. The drive up and down is a little scary but manageable with a regular car/SUV. Scary only that the width can't accommodate two cars passing while both are moving. We had easy communication with the host the whole time, which helped when finding the hairdryer!!
