Cottontail Long Point 4 Bedroom Cottage minutes to the beach

Great location, love the walk to the beach access.

We rented this cottage for a weekend getaway with three friends and had a fantastic stay. The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised—the photos matched the property perfectly. It was quiet and relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable.The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach just a five-minute walk away. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and had everything we needed for a great weekend.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing cottage getaway and a great host to reach at anytime!

Cottage is clean and modern. I enjoyed relaxing on both the front and back deck. The fenced in yard is warm, sunny, and has comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable & showers have good water pressure. I was also pleased that there was an EV car charger outside to use. It is clear the owners have worked hard to ensure visitors have everything they need. The cottage is a few minutes from both a sandy beach and the entrance to the provincial park. I was staying for the spring bird migration. The chorus of birds you could hear in the yard was lovely.

The house was beautifully clean with all the amenities that could be wished for. There was lots of parking spaces available. I was able to communicate easily with the host before we arrived but needed nothing while we were there. Although this is not a criticism, it might be nice to have a “welcome book” with instructions for how to turn on the tv, connect to wifi, where is the grocery store, etc. A great few days!

Excellent weekend stay!Beautiful layout, super clean and very well equipped house. New appliances and fixtures all around, and very comfy beds. Clinton, the host, was very responsive and helpful during our whole stay. It was the perfect location for us, just a couple blocks away from the beach and the Long Point Bird Observatory. We will definitely come back!
