Fabulous upper unit on a fabulous street just one house from the beach!

The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. We loved being able to walk to dinner. There were a lot of excellent restaurants nearby.

Great apartment, view of the ocean, perfect for families.

The apartment suited our needs for the weekend but the bed configuration was not accurate in the listing specifically the queen bedroom does not have a futon. My son wanted to stay in the room with me and my husband and that was one of the reasons we chose this property. The back of the bathroom door was covered in beard shavings when we arrived and there was other small trash and dirt on the floors. In all it was a great location and we spent every night on the beach having dinner, talking and playing. Newport Coffee Co is a wonderful morning walk. It was a perfectly fine rental and the best asset is the location by far. Good communication and would rent again.
