This home was perfect! Everything we needed was here. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Pretty outdoor space and pet friendly. The owner even provided pet poop bags. Several floor fans throughout the house were available. The beds were comfy. The house was bright and cheery. Lots of towels and blankets. We would definitely stay here again! The host, Erik, was super responsive. We never met him but his communications were thoughtful, informative and warm.
This home was perfect! Everything we needed was here. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Pretty outdoor space and pet friendly. The owner even provided pet poop bags. Several floor fans throughout the house were available. The beds were comfy. The house was bright and cheery. Lots of towels and blankets. We would definitely stay here again! The host, Erik, was super responsive. We never met him but his communications were thoughtful, informative and warm.

Our family was in town for two weeks and this was the absolute perfect location. The area is quiet and safe, plus within walking distance to a park which was fantastic for our toddler! While the home is quiet and felt secluded, it was so close to groceries restaurants, walking trails, highways, everything! all of the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable, the home is stocked with literally everything you could need for grilling and meal prep, and it is decorated so perfectly and cute! We were able to hang out in the backyard and grill, play with her daughter, and make s’mores. We are absolutely going to stay here again when we return to town!

Our extended family flew in for the weekend for a family memorial and related gatherings nearby. We appreciated finding a beautiful home with shared spaces to be together evenings and mornings. Less dog stuff (bed,bowls) and decor would make the downstairs easier to use. The back yard was beautiful and very pleasant in the evening, but unusable for morning coffee/breakfast due to sprinklers coming on more than once in the morning, hitting the table, chairs, and fire pit furniture.

This vacation home had everything we needed and more. Its exactly as the pictures show and reviews indicate. Very clean, new, well equipped, designed, decorated and laid out. We stayed five nights. I’m going to add what hadn’t yet been mentioned in the reviews. The 3rd bathroom is on the main floor with toilet and sink. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful! During our last days, a winter storm came through bringing snow and ice. Erik promptly shoveled the driveway and walkways several times to make sure things were clear for us. He checked to make sure we were warm and didn’t need anything. We really appreciated the extra attention to ensure we had what we needed. When the storm hit Saturday most restaurants closed. We’re from Nebraska so we’re used to winter weather so we headed out to Fred Myers grocery store which conveniently is only a mile away. Once we got groceries we prepared to cook our meals that day and discovered a very well equipped kitchen! Excellent quality cookware with all shapes and sizes we would need. A multitude of bakeware and glass storage containers. Spices, condiments, basic baking needs as well! We even had another small family group venture out to have dinner with us that night and we had a wonderful time in front of the warm fireplace playing games at the large dining room table! This is way too long already, but we found this to be the best VRBO property we’ve rented so far. Thank you Erik for your amazing home and hospitality!

The description has been updated to make it more clear that the owner lives on the same property with a wall connected to the house. I must have missed it and Erik was awesome to hear my feedback. Totally would stay again!!

The pictures do this home no justice. It has everything you could need during your stay, even chopsticks! The interior design is beautiful and the yard is great for grilling and relaxing. This home is pet friendly and even have a bed and treats for your pup on arrival :) Hosts are responsive and friendly! We had a great stay!!!

My family and I enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. Erik took great care of us and the home and its charm was a wow! I’ve stayed at many vacation homes and I have to say this house has pretty much everything you need. Great kitchen! Would stay again if an opportunity presented.

It was extremely clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. There were even fresh flowers on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The host was kind, accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.

The host was very communicative and friendly, the house was clean and well organized (I like how the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were labeled). The upstairs floor creaks a bit when people are walking in the back rooms but that wasn't a big deal. Very nice stay so we didn't have to go home between days of a weekend competition.

This was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail with the little extras was appreciated. The check out procedure was simple. We are so glad that we decided to forgo a hotel in the city to stay in this beautiful, clean, cozy home away from home. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 teenage boys) who came for a NBA game and were so happy with our stay here for a number of reasons: - there were enough very comfortable beds, pillows and cozy blankets to give all 8 of us great nights sleeps - the whole house was well decorated, very clean and very well stocked, down to toiletries, Q-tips, snacks, coffee, a variety of coffee creamers, etc... We were able to eat most meals here if we chose to. - the nearby train transit system made getting into town easy and affordable (5 min. drive, free car parking) - enjoyed games at the large dining table, a backyard fire pit and cozy family time - was a quiet, safe and private neighbourhood We will definitely try to go back and recommend it to everyone. Thanks Erik, you are a terrific host and we hope to be back!

The property was clean and welcoming, photos were accurate. Owners communicated well and made it very comfortable. There was lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Was a little farther away from some places than what I had thought. The outdoor space was great and cozy.

Once we got groceries we prepared to cook our meals that day and discovered a very well equipped kitchen! Excellent quality cookware with all shapes and sizes we would need. A multitude of bakeware and glass storage containers. Spices, condiments, basic baking needs as well! We even had another small family group venture out to have dinner with us that night and we had a wonderful time in front of the warm fireplace playing games at the large dining room table! This is way too long already, but we found this to be the best VRBO property we’ve rented so far. Thank you Erik for your amazing home and hospitality!

We are so glad that we decided to forgo a hotel in the city to stay in this beautiful, clean, cozy home away from home. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 teenage boys) who came for a NBA game and were so happy with our stay here for a number of reasons: - there were enough very comfortable beds, pillows and cozy blankets to give all 8 of us great nights sleeps - the whole house was well decorated, very clean and very well stocked, down to toiletries, Q-tips, snacks, coffee, a variety of coffee creamers, etc... We were able to eat most meals here if we chose to. - the nearby train transit system made getting into town easy and affordable (5 min. drive, free car parking) - enjoyed games at the large dining table, a backyard fire pit and cozy family time - was a quiet, safe and private neighbourhood We will definitely try to go back and recommend it to everyone. Thanks Erik, you are a terrific host and we hope to be back!

Our family was in town for two weeks and this was the absolute perfect location. The area is quiet and safe, plus within walking distance to a park which was fantastic for our toddler! While the home is quiet and felt secluded, it was so close to groceries restaurants, walking trails, highways, everything! all of the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable, the home is stocked with literally everything you could need for grilling and meal prep, and it is decorated so perfectly and cute! We were able to hang out in the backyard and grill, play with her daughter, and make s’mores. We are absolutely going to stay here again when we return to town!

This vacation home had everything we needed and more. Its exactly as the pictures show and reviews indicate. Very clean, new, well equipped, designed, decorated and laid out. We stayed five nights. I’m going to add what hadn’t yet been mentioned in the reviews. The 3rd bathroom is on the main floor with toilet and sink. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful! During our last days, a winter storm came through bringing snow and ice. Erik promptly shoveled the driveway and walkways several times to make sure things were clear for us. He checked to make sure we were warm and didn’t need anything. We really appreciated the extra attention to ensure we had what we needed. When the storm hit Saturday most restaurants closed. We’re from Nebraska so we’re used to winter weather so we headed out to Fred Myers grocery store which conveniently is only a mile away. The property was clean and welcoming, photos were accurate. Owners communicated well and made it very comfortable. There was lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Was a little farther away from some places than what I had thought. The outdoor space was great and cozy.

This was a wonderful and relaxing place to for our family of seven to stay while we visited the Portland area. It was extremely clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. There were even fresh flowers on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The host was kind, accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.

Our extended family flew in for the weekend for a family memorial and related gatherings nearby. We appreciated finding a beautiful home with shared spaces to be together evenings and mornings. Less dog stuff (bed,bowls) and decor would make the downstairs easier to use. The back yard was beautiful and very pleasant in the evening, but unusable for morning coffee/breakfast due to sprinklers coming on more than once in the morning, hitting the table, chairs, and fire pit furniture.

This house is cute and fully loaded. The owners were very communicative and responsive. Fantastic coffee bar, fridge had condements, and lots of cooking oils/spices which is a huge plus. Erik was awesome and helpful with a few minor glitches with wifi. Only bit of advice is if you are particular about your pilllows like I am, bring your own. The description has been updated to make it more clear that the owner lives on the same property with a wall connected to the house. I must have missed it and Erik was awesome to hear my feedback. Totally would stay again!!

The pictures do this home no justice. It has everything you could need during your stay, even chopsticks! The interior design is beautiful and the yard is great for grilling and relaxing. This home is pet friendly and even have a bed and treats for your pup on arrival :) Hosts are responsive and friendly! We had a great stay!!!

My family and I enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. Erik took great care of us and the home and its charm was a wow! I’ve stayed at many vacation homes and I have to say this house has pretty much everything you need. Great kitchen! Would stay again if an opportunity presented.

What a wonderful property. Newer home in an established neighborhood. Home was well furnished. Comfy beds. Great for families. They even have a dog bed and food and water dish for your furry friends. Nice back yard with a fire pit and a couple seating areas. As a frequent traveler it's nice to walk into a home and it beats your expectations. We look forward to returning next year and renting this place again.

The neighborhood had lots of places for us to walk and was both quiet and safe. Our host was very communicative and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property! Should we ever have a need to rent in the area again, we would likely return for another wonderful stay.
