Being able to look out of the door wall at beautiful Betsie Bay was a plus! Saw 3 deer at the neighbors property. They seem very comfortable coming into the neighborhood. The home was perfect, fresh and clean. It had snowed the night before so it was to cold to go for a bike ride but there was 8 or 9 bikes in the garage along with foosball and a ping pong. I would recommend this rental to anybody and everybody! Another bonus was the washer and dryer which we needed because we were rock collecting at Point Betsie and got quite wet do to windy conditions. I would definitely consider renting again.

We only stayed at this property for two days and I really wish we could have stayed longer! There was great access to Sleeping Bear Dunes and the neighboring towns were we could eat, drink, and shop. The bike trail is just around the corner and I was sad I didn't have time to use the available bikes to explore. Everything was clean and organized and ready for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at White Birch! The house is spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for our family getaway. The kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables in the garage, and the location was ideal, just a short drive to the Lake Michigan beaches. The kitchen had most things we needed, and check-in was seamless. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at White Birch for a week for a family getaway. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the towels and linens provided were clean and nice. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street, so it feels quite private and peaceful. Beautiful views from the back patio. We enjoyed the fire pit and the kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables in the garage, as well as the bikes (after we put air in the tires). I would recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this VRBO. The house was very clean and in a good location. The only possible issue could be the lack of air but it was cool for our stay so we didn’t have any issues and each room did have a nice fan provided!

Elberta is located right on the Betsie River with the patio overlooking a wooded marsh teeming with birds and black squirrels. Sunrises are amazing as are evenings grilling and sitting by a fire. The house is equipped with everything one could need. Plenty of room, 2 baths, nice kitchen etc. Located 3 mins. from Frankfort and Rt. 22 leading to the north locations of Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and Grand Traverse Bay. All great day trips. We'll be back!

The property was well kept and clean. Bikes, ping pong, and foosball in the garage kept kids busy at times we weren't doing other things. WiFi worked well, as did all appliances and water heater was fine. Our cons were: kitchen table chairs very uncomfortable, as were the too-firm mattresses.Our pros were: Good, clean, private house backed up to the river marsh. Easy walk to a couple of eateries, plus close in to the marina, the beach, and the local grocery store. We even took one whole day to drive all the way up to Mackinaw Island for sightseeing.Our youngest is eleven, and he really enjoyed the bikes. Went fishing downtown in Frankfort, and he caught a small mouth bass

This was our 3rd stay House was very clean. -Pillows need cleaning/should have pillow protectors that are washed with some regularity -needs some outside maintenance back step rotting -ants inside mentioned to manager. Under tub has missing caulking. That seemed to be one point of entry -kitchen well appointed. Could use some small light weight snack /prep bowls

Easy check in. Very clean house. Very functional and practical. Worked great for 4 adults and two kids. Would be great for friends or families. 5 minutes from Frankfort. Short drive or walk to the dunes on Lake Michigan.

The house was extremely clean. The amenities were very nice. We didn't realize their was no AC, but we were lucky the weather allowed us to open the windows. No AC could have been an issue if it was warmer, or more humid.

Beautiful scenery outside. Inside very nice and clean. Only complaint is the TP situation. There were only a couple extra rolls in each bathroom. For 6 adults staying for 4 days, that’s not enough. So it would not just my suggestion to keep a supply of TP, or at least note somewhere what is supplied so guests don’t get stuck with none. Other than that, very comfortable and lovely.

Very CLEAN home with all the essentials!! Bed (only slept in one) was extremely comfortable with quality linens. Kelly is wonderful and super informative. I highly recommend this home to any and everyone and would definitely return if ever back in the area.

House was nice. Pretty much like the pictures online. Plenty of amenities. Having Netflix was a nice touch.House was warm but the bedroom doors need to stay open to keep heat in the bedrooms.Beds were foam and firm. Good for us. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kelly the mgr was h loudly.

Adorable house that has been newly updated. The place was immaculately cleaned and felt like home. The owners also let us bring our dogs which we truly appreciated and they loved chasing their ball in the huge private front yard. Super close to the town of Frankfurt which is on the lake with cute shops and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the area in!

The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!

Very nice! We've stayed here before and its close to everything we like. The house is roomy and comfortable. Property manager easy to get ahold of and ease of renting it completes the deal. Verymuch enjoyed it!

Home is recently updated and nice. Dining Room had a very nice table, though there could have been better chairs. Kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils. Beds are very firm. There were many summer toys in the garage including several bikes. Furnace was a bit loud. Checkin could have been smoother, as the instructions were to contact the property manager and that she would meet us at the house. Instead, she just gave us the lock code, which could have been done in the app.

This remodeled ranch was the perfect stay for our work crew. Some owners shy away from businesses looking to house their crew but we were warmly welcomed. This is the second property our crew has rented from Agape properties (the first was in Kalkaska) both properties were managed well and lovely homes.

Pulling into the driveway we tryed the garage door lockbox. (It was the first one we saw) That didn’t work, so we went to the front door. The home was lovely to enter, clean and up-to-date. The snacks were a bonus as it was late. The beds were excellent (loved the linens and pillows) we all slept well. Very nice to have laundry and 2 full baths. I would definitely stay again, my only complaint was the cleaning fee for one nights stay was more then expected.
Pulling into the driveway we tryed the garage door lockbox. (It was the first one we saw) That didn’t work, so we went to the front door. The home was lovely to enter, clean and up-to-date. The snacks were a bonus as it was late. The beds were excellent (loved the linens and pillows) we all slept well. Very nice to have laundry and 2 full baths. I would definitely stay again, my only complaint was the cleaning fee for one nights stay was more then expected.

Very CLEAN home with all the essentials!! Bed (only slept in one) was extremely comfortable with quality linens. Kelly is wonderful and super informative. I highly recommend this home to any and everyone and would definitely return if ever back in the area.

Home is recently updated and nice. Dining Room had a very nice table, though there could have been better chairs. Kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils. Beds are very firm. There were many summer toys in the garage including several bikes. Furnace was a bit loud. Checkin could have been smoother, as the instructions were to contact the property manager and that she would meet us at the house. Instead, she just gave us the lock code, which could have been done in the app.

Never being here before. It was a great place to visit and stay. A lot of the things were walkable and the town was close and beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We only stayed at this property for two days and I really wish we could have stayed longer! There was great access to Sleeping Bear Dunes and the neighboring towns were we could eat, drink, and shop. The bike trail is just around the corner and I was sad I didn't have time to use the available bikes to explore. Everything was clean and organized and ready for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at White Birch! The house is spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for our family getaway. The kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables in the garage, and the location was ideal, just a short drive to the Lake Michigan beaches. The kitchen had most things we needed, and check-in was seamless. We’d definitely stay here again!

Easy check in. Very clean house. Very functional and practical. Worked great for 4 adults and two kids. Would be great for friends or families. 5 minutes from Frankfort. Short drive or walk to the dunes on Lake Michigan.

We had a great time staying here. It was not far from Crystal Mountain where we did some skiing and proximity to Downtown Frankfort was great with shops and restaurants. Property had everything we needed for our family to have a great time.

The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!

Elberta is located right on the Betsie River with the patio overlooking a wooded marsh teeming with birds and black squirrels. Sunrises are amazing as are evenings grilling and sitting by a fire. The house is equipped with everything one could need. Plenty of room, 2 baths, nice kitchen etc. Located 3 mins. from Frankfort and Rt. 22 leading to the north locations of Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and Grand Traverse Bay. All great day trips. We'll be back!

The property was well kept and clean. Bikes, ping pong, and foosball in the garage kept kids busy at times we weren't doing other things. WiFi worked well, as did all appliances and water heater was fine. Our cons were: kitchen table chairs very uncomfortable, as were the too-firm mattresses.Our pros were: Good, clean, private house backed up to the river marsh. Easy walk to a couple of eateries, plus close in to the marina, the beach, and the local grocery store. We even took one whole day to drive all the way up to Mackinaw Island for sightseeing.Our youngest is eleven, and he really enjoyed the bikes. Went fishing downtown in Frankfort, and he caught a small mouth bass

We had so much fun at White Birch! The house itself is so well appointed, cozy, and CLEAN. We appreciated the coffee and spices and all of the toiletries that were provided. During our stay, we enjoyed time at Crystal skiing and taking advantage of the spa. We had a lovely drive up M22 checking out Lake Michigan’s icy shores. We enjoyed a couple visits to Storm Cloud for food and drinks. And we ended our stay with a beautiful sunset at Frankfort Beach. We cannot to back to White Birch!
