A wonderful space for gathering and hanging out with family. Lots of old charm mixed with modern convenience. The owners were very responsive and made communicating with them very easy. The back patio area with pool and hot tub was peaceful and very lovely. One surprise was that one of the bedrooms can only be accessed from the master bedroom. There are French doors separating these rooms but no blinds or curtains in the door, so no privacy. It makes for a lovely master suite but was not suitable for two couples.

The house is super cute with a lot of charming details. The pool was out due to some unforseen issues but the host was super responsive and went out of their way to get it fixed. Also, in a cute little Brighton San Antonio that's close to everything.

Amazing house absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable but they accommodated us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay again and cant wait to go back!

The house is very charming. The hot tube and swimming pool were a big plus. The bedroom and bathroom layouts were a bit quirky. Nice kitchen and common areas. Plenty of space. The landscaping could use some attention but it is early spring. The pool area and patio seating was nice.

I live in San Antonio, and recently had family come in to visit. We rented this beautiful home and it was delightful. With multiple living areas, a very large kitchen, a game room across from the pool, and a separate “garage apartment” as the 5th room, it was a very nice stay for my family. The host was quick to respond to my questions and there were no issues. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a fantastic stay. We were in the area for our grandsons graduation from boot camp to Air Man. (Aim High) The host are right on top of everything. Enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. Cooked great family meals in the kitchen. We absolutely loved this place. So full of wonder. We were expecting a Unicorn to come by. That’s how enchanting it is. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the San Antonio area. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Owners were excellent at communicating and answering our questions. Lots of stairs and multi-levels in the patio area. Beautiful pool area but too cool on our trip to use. Nice kitchen with basic items one might need. Bedding was ok but some beds were very tall and sometimes difficult to get in and out of for shorter or older guests. This is an older home but very large and many spaces to gather. Could use some updating in some areas. Overall good experience.

We loved the Spanish style architecture with modern touches and expansive rooms. Pool was filled with leaves and sand at bottom with filter clogged. Games in pool house need repair and door handle in pool house bedroom. Leaves and debris on deck and lawn tables. Lots of other cool games in the home. Large kitchen appliances and televisions.

Our four couples have traveled together for years and stayed at Mulberry Oasis mid-September 2023. The inside of the house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The large kitchen was fantastic to work in and we barbequed outside as well. On the main floor of the house there are many rooms to read, relax, watch TV, sit, and have meals and/or play games in the large dining room. The spiral staircase and painted ceiling are beautiful. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The master bedroom is quite large with a queen and king bed; and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. Our fourth couple took the bedroom/bathroom on the second story of the pool house. The pool and hot tub areas have lots of seating on terraced levels. The house was centrally located for our purposes. About 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to The Riverwalk, Alamo, and Art Museum etc. The house was about 20 minutes from 2 golf courses. There is a large grocery store 5 minutes away. Our host Huasong was always available and responsive to our questions, he was fantastic! PS We were in San Antonio when it was toasty and the house stayed very cool and comfortable.

This home was perfect for our visit!! Very roomy, fun, lots of options and space for family time with plenty of space for breaking away if anyone needed some space. The kitchen was great and there were so many neat features to the house. There were a few things that could use some love. The outdoor area is overgrown and could use pruning and cleaned up a bit and some of the games were broken and could be replaced. The game room rugs could probably be tossed as they are smelly. I would also recommend dish towels and oven mitts be added to the kitchen. The grill was a great bonus!! Overall this home was exactly what we needed for our visit! Very good and fun experience! The hosts were wonderful as well and addressed any questions promptly and were very helpful.

We had a huge group in town for an event and needed lots of rooms. This house was...different! Different but fun! It's very charming and has lots of doors and windows. Downstairs has a half bath, 2 living areas, 2 eating areas and a huge kitchen. Upstairs the first section is a suite perfect for a family, but not 2 couples. It has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, all connected. Down the hall there are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath at the end of the hall. Outside there is a game room by the pool with a full bath. Above the game room through a separate upstairs entrance there is a nice 1 bed/1 bath. I hope that description helps as viewers look at pics. Everything was clean. The lawn crew came by and the yard looked nice. The driveway is really narrow and so are the streets. We managed to pull in 1 truck, 1 SUV, 1 car and 1 smaller SUV. I wouldn't recommended parking on the street. My only recommendation would be for the A/C be turned on prior to guests checking in. It cooled off quickly and everyone was comfortable once it cooled. We didn't have any washclothes and owner said they will get it corrected with the cleaning staff. Take some just in case. Overall, it was a great house and we'd rent again for a large party!!!

Needs a deep clean. Front and back of house had 30plus pots with dead plants. The pool area is junked up with too much stuff. All shrubs need trimming. Could be wonderful with some TLC.

First neighborhood is on the shady side. Now,where do I start, we walk in and are attacked by fleas, a lot of fleas throughout the house. Texted owners and he sent an exterminator with-in a few hours. Next day still had fleas. Third day texted and exterminator was sent out again quickly and also the freezer quit working. Someone was sent out the same day and left bags of ice as short term solution while we were there. The house was falling apart and not all that clean. I have many more pictures I’d like to send. I also feel that we should be refunded at least half of our money back for what we went through and the condition of the house. It is literally falling apart and needs to be cleaned badly. We did our own cleaning in order to stand it and that’s not what one would expect when going on vacation. Please contact me so I can explain further. Thank you.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. A true cut above 99% of other properties in architecture and furnishings. It was not as clean as we expected, but the owner was immediately agreeable to sending a cleaning crew when we asked for it and followed up with a box of chocolates and a partial refund. The home is in an older neighborhood, and the other homes on the street were similar but not quite as nice as this one. The surrounding blocks were not as nice as this street, but we felt quite safe where we were. I would recommend staying at this property to my friends.

We had a huge group in town for an event and needed lots of rooms. This house was...different! Different but fun! It's very charming and has lots of doors and windows. Downstairs has a half bath, 2 living areas, 2 eating areas and a huge kitchen. Upstairs the first section is a suite perfect for a family, but not 2 couples. It has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, all connected. Down the hall there are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath at the end of the hall. Outside there is a game room by the pool with a full bath. Above the game room through a separate upstairs entrance there is a nice 1 bed/1 bath. I hope that description helps as viewers look at pics. Everything was clean. The lawn crew came by and the yard looked nice. The driveway is really narrow and so are the streets. We managed to pull in 1 truck, 1 SUV, 1 car and 1 smaller SUV. I wouldn't recommended parking on the street. My only recommendation would be for the A/C be turned on prior to guests checking in. It cooled off quickly and everyone was comfortable once it cooled. We didn't have any washclothes and owner said they will get it corrected with the cleaning staff. Take some just in case. Overall, it was a great house and we'd rent again for a large party!!!

This is a fabulous property and we greatly enjoyed spending our weekend here. We used the property for a business retreat and were happy to see a dining room large enough for the number of adults expected to be staying at the property (which is not common for rentals with more than three bedrooms). There was ample space to spread out when we needed a break and the dining table served as a conference table for our needs. The separate poolhouse is a nice apartment if anyone requires extra privacy and the downstairs area was a great hangout spot for us in the evening. We all really loved this home.

The house is very charming. The hot tube and swimming pool were a big plus. The bedroom and bathroom layouts were a bit quirky. Nice kitchen and common areas. Plenty of space. The landscaping could use some attention but it is early spring. The pool area and patio seating was nice.

We had a good stay. This is an older home in a great location. I feel it’s fairly well maintained and has a lot of historical vibes. I would probably stay here again. The house was large had plenty of space.

I live in San Antonio, and recently had family come in to visit. We rented this beautiful home and it was delightful. With multiple living areas, a very large kitchen, a game room across from the pool, and a separate “garage apartment” as the 5th room, it was a very nice stay for my family. The host was quick to respond to my questions and there were no issues. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved the Spanish style architecture with modern touches and expansive rooms. Pool was filled with leaves and sand at bottom with filter clogged. Games in pool house need repair and door handle in pool house bedroom. Leaves and debris on deck and lawn tables. Lots of other cool games in the home. Large kitchen appliances and televisions.

Our four couples have traveled together for years and stayed at Mulberry Oasis mid-September 2023. The inside of the house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The large kitchen was fantastic to work in and we barbequed outside as well. On the main floor of the house there are many rooms to read, relax, watch TV, sit, and have meals and/or play games in the large dining room. The spiral staircase and painted ceiling are beautiful. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The master bedroom is quite large with a queen and king bed; and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. Our fourth couple took the bedroom/bathroom on the second story of the pool house. The pool and hot tub areas have lots of seating on terraced levels. The house was centrally located for our purposes. About 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to The Riverwalk, Alamo, and Art Museum etc. The house was about 20 minutes from 2 golf courses. There is a large grocery store 5 minutes away. Our host Huasong was always available and responsive to our questions, he was fantastic! PS We were in San Antonio when it was toasty and the house stayed very cool and comfortable.

This is a super cool Spanish house from the 30s with many modern amenities. It has the charm of an older house but the feel of a remodeled/more recent house. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

The house is super cute with a lot of charming details. The pool was out due to some unforseen issues but the host was super responsive and went out of their way to get it fixed. Also, in a cute little Brighton San Antonio that's close to everything.

Amazing house absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable but they accommodated us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay again and cant wait to go back!

This house was different (in a good way). We had planned to do more site seeing and tourist sites BUT the house was just absolutely beautiful and chose to stay on the property for most of our stay lol. Had a few questions and the host was wonderful, got a response within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Personal preference** but I wish there was a fenced potty spot for the pups, was not a big deal but kinda inconvenient. & I couldn’t find outlets outdoors to plug in my car charger 😭

A great property with character to it. The hosts were very informative and responsive, the instructions for the house were clear and well laid out, as well. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate to let you move around San Antonio quickly. I would highly recommend it!

This home was perfect for our visit!! Very roomy, fun, lots of options and space for family time with plenty of space for breaking away if anyone needed some space. The kitchen was great and there were so many neat features to the house. There were a few things that could use some love. The outdoor area is overgrown and could use pruning and cleaned up a bit and some of the games were broken and could be replaced. The game room rugs could probably be tossed as they are smelly. I would also recommend dish towels and oven mitts be added to the kitchen. The grill was a great bonus!! Overall this home was exactly what we needed for our visit! Very good and fun experience! The hosts were wonderful as well and addressed any questions promptly and were very helpful.

We were there to celebrate my son graduating from the Air Force Boot Camp. The house worked great with our family. We enjoyed being only 20 minutes away from the Lackland Air Force Base and so close to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. It’s a good location. Great house. They were very easy to get a hold of and if we had any issues at all, they came out and dealt with them immediately wonderful host wonderful house we will be back!!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. A true cut above 99% of other properties in architecture and furnishings. It was not as clean as we expected, but the owner was immediately agreeable to sending a cleaning crew when we asked for it and followed up with a box of chocolates and a partial refund. The home is in an older neighborhood, and the other homes on the street were similar but not quite as nice as this one. The surrounding blocks were not as nice as this street, but we felt quite safe where we were. I would recommend staying at this property to my friends.

We loved our stay at this house! Such a fun getaway place! The first day we were there, there were a lot of wasps outside by the pool, but we found some wasp spray at the house and were able to kill most of them. Our second pool day was a lot more enjoyable lol The location was close enough to everything we wanted to do that most things were a quick drive. We are glad we rented a car though simply because it provided a little more flexibility than Uber would have (and also because we drove to a rodeo outside of the city). Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The house is very nicely located so that most things to do in San Antonio are a 10-15 minute drive away. The hosts are very quick to respond to messages and very nice. Over all is was a good experience for my family.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the Riverwalk and made it super easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. Plenty of space to hang out in the house. Would rent this again when I come back

Loved this house! If you are looking to be within walking distance of San Antonio this is not the place. It’s about a 10-20 mins drive to downtown depending on traffic. It worked perfect for us as we were with 3 other families and needed a place to stay for a cheer competition The backyard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside visiting. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you. It is very quiet. However, there is nothing to see or do in that area. There is a HEB close by so we were able to get groceries easily. If we ever need a place to stay with a large group again we will definitely be back!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous with various spaces for people to gather, either all together or individually. It accommodated the six of us very well. Having the bedroom in the pool house was a bonus. I would would love to come back when the weather is a bit better to really enjoy all the outdoor spaces, too. It is close to downtown and the freeways.

The house is very charming. The hot tube and swimming pool were a big plus. The bedroom and bathroom layouts were a bit quirky. Nice kitchen and common areas. Plenty of space. The landscaping could use some attention but it is early spring. The pool area and patio seating was nice.

I live in San Antonio, and recently had family come in to visit. We rented this beautiful home and it was delightful. With multiple living areas, a very large kitchen, a game room across from the pool, and a separate “garage apartment” as the 5th room, it was a very nice stay for my family. The host was quick to respond to my questions and there were no issues. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a fantastic stay. We were in the area for our grandsons graduation from boot camp to Air Man. (Aim High) The host are right on top of everything. Enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. Cooked great family meals in the kitchen. We absolutely loved this place. So full of wonder. We were expecting a Unicorn to come by. That’s how enchanting it is. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the San Antonio area. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Owners were excellent at communicating and answering our questions. Lots of stairs and multi-levels in the patio area. Beautiful pool area but too cool on our trip to use. Nice kitchen with basic items one might need. Bedding was ok but some beds were very tall and sometimes difficult to get in and out of for shorter or older guests. This is an older home but very large and many spaces to gather. Could use some updating in some areas. Overall good experience.

We loved the Spanish style architecture with modern touches and expansive rooms. Pool was filled with leaves and sand at bottom with filter clogged. Games in pool house need repair and door handle in pool house bedroom. Leaves and debris on deck and lawn tables. Lots of other cool games in the home. Large kitchen appliances and televisions.

Our four couples have traveled together for years and stayed at Mulberry Oasis mid-September 2023. The inside of the house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The large kitchen was fantastic to work in and we barbequed outside as well. On the main floor of the house there are many rooms to read, relax, watch TV, sit, and have meals and/or play games in the large dining room. The spiral staircase and painted ceiling are beautiful. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The master bedroom is quite large with a queen and king bed; and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. Our fourth couple took the bedroom/bathroom on the second story of the pool house. The pool and hot tub areas have lots of seating on terraced levels. The house was centrally located for our purposes. About 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to The Riverwalk, Alamo, and Art Museum etc. The house was about 20 minutes from 2 golf courses. There is a large grocery store 5 minutes away. Our host Huasong was always available and responsive to our questions, he was fantastic! PS We were in San Antonio when it was toasty and the house stayed very cool and comfortable.

This home was perfect for our visit!! Very roomy, fun, lots of options and space for family time with plenty of space for breaking away if anyone needed some space. The kitchen was great and there were so many neat features to the house. There were a few things that could use some love. The outdoor area is overgrown and could use pruning and cleaned up a bit and some of the games were broken and could be replaced. The game room rugs could probably be tossed as they are smelly. I would also recommend dish towels and oven mitts be added to the kitchen. The grill was a great bonus!! Overall this home was exactly what we needed for our visit! Very good and fun experience! The hosts were wonderful as well and addressed any questions promptly and were very helpful.

House was great for our large group. Was definitely historic, so be prepared for small things like creaky windows doors, etc. we had some issues w the pool but the host was quick to find a solution and even offered a treat for our inconvenience.

Beautiful property for our family of twelve to begin celebrating the holidays. The host was immediate in responding to inquiries regarding the property prior to our arrival, and went above and beyond in providing additional amenities to accommodate sleeping for our large group.Upon arrival we were greeted with a few treats from the host. This gesture was the start to a great stay where we had easy access to the River Walk area and surrounding beautiful Hill Country towns.Our group tends to plan around eating and had an in-home chef prepare a meal for us one evening. The main dining table very comfortably accommodates 12. If dining out is preferred the restaurant options in the area are plentiful. One of our best experiences was at Ladino where we had a prefix menu due to our group size. The food was plentiful and exceptional.A great area to visit and a comfortable home to stay in.

The bathrooms are not ensuite. Two of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Pool had quite a bit of devri and was unusable for the first 2 days. After the pool guy cleaned it, we still had doubts and chose not to swim. The beautiful chandalier in the interior property pictures was missing, so trying to find lighting to get up the stairs for our evening arrival was tricky at best. The granite counter top was broken, and there was stagnant standing water in the kitchen. The house itself has great architectural details, but I would not stay again. The backward needs a good cleaning with lots of items in need of removal. We asked for a partial refund due to the above, reaching out twice, but never had a response. The location was in a somewhat rough neighborhood.

First neighborhood is on the shady side. Now,where do I start, we walk in and are attacked by fleas, a lot of fleas throughout the house. Texted owners and he sent an exterminator with-in a few hours. Next day still had fleas. Third day texted and exterminator was sent out again quickly and also the freezer quit working. Someone was sent out the same day and left bags of ice as short term solution while we were there. The house was falling apart and not all that clean. I have many more pictures I’d like to send. I also feel that we should be refunded at least half of our money back for what we went through and the condition of the house. It is literally falling apart and needs to be cleaned badly. We did our own cleaning in order to stand it and that’s not what one would expect when going on vacation. Please contact me so I can explain further. Thank you.

A great property with character to it. The hosts were very informative and responsive, the instructions for the house were clear and well laid out, as well. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate to let you move around San Antonio quickly. I would highly recommend it!
