When using the shower and toilet downstairs as 1 bedroom had no ensuite, that person found the carpet was damp on your feet and a bit smelly apart from that it was a very comfortable house.

Great property with large bedrooms, good outlook we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the Roos bounce by. We were a group of 4 ladies and it was perfect for a weekend away. Only thing to note is the 4th bedroom did not have ensuite and with no main bathroom available it meant 2 rooms sharing an ensuite. Not an issues for a girls trip but if couples stayed it may be awkward

Loved our stay at the Phoenix. Everything was thought of, we walked into a warm house (heater left on for us), welcomed by a beautiful bottle of wine and chocolates. The rooms are beautifully styled and very clean, all have a reverse system air-con and three have an ensuite - perfect for families! The spa and sauna were a huge hit. Quiet home, with wildlife hopping and flying past to greet you. We loved our stay, thank you.

This was the best house we have stayed in for our annual girls weekend yet. They thought of everything with beautiful decor, spa, wood fire, pool table and each room with an ensuite. Beautiful scenery from the living room and balcony. And the spa was perfect temp with great jets. We will definitely be back! Thank you
