The Branch at Afton Mountain Retreat

I chose this place because the Porch was perfect for an outdoor work meeting with the indoor amenities to house a few folks from out of town. Convenient to Blue Mountain Brewery and Hazy Mountain vineyards so ensure we had a couple of dinner spots. Would comeback for a crisp mountain weekend again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable stay with friends for a wedding at Veritas Winery. Close to winery and other attractions. Would definitely book this location again.

We loved our 2 night stay at this absolutely perfect property ! The place was decorated so tastefully and was immaculate and clean. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were modern and updated. The shower had great water pressure and we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lovely screened in porch. Perfect location for wineries and breweries and a short drive to Charlottesville/UVA. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

What a lovely home, thoughtfully decorated and fantastic location! We found the communication with the owners was super great, check in and check out were seamless. The fireplace on the outside porch was a very nice treat! The home has everything you need from lush bath towels, ample cookware, etc. the downstairs was a great play room for kids, with an air hockey table. We will definitely be back as we enjoy the wine and brewery area this home is so close to.

The house was wonderful—beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming, and comfortable feel throughout. The screened-in porch was a highlight, complete with a cozy couch, a dining table, and a fireplace overlooking a lovely view. Inside, the spacious basement offered plenty of room to relax, play games, and enjoy the TV. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a quick and relaxing getaway to the Afton Mountain area!
