Ocean Breeze with private Pool and Beach walk - Pet Fríendly

There are so many things to like about this place. The house is just as advertised and photographed. It is close to a beautiful beach and has a wonderful swimming pool. The house is very comfortable and the ACs work. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy. There are some things you should know before you book. 1, there is no dishwasher. It doesn't say that there is one but I wish it had been clear that there was not one. This is an oversight on a big house like this. 2, given that there is no dishwasher, it is weird that they don't give you any dish towels and suggest that you use paper towels for everything. 3, the hot water is solar with no powered heater as a backup. There is a disconnected flow-through heater in the laundry area. This means that there is no hot water early in the morning. This is doubly true if you wash dishes by hand at night or do a load of laundry in warm water. 4, there is no ice. The in fridge ice maker doesn't work and the table top one they provide is broken. 5, lots of little things don't work - like 1/2 of the toaster. These small things are not a big deal but it tells you that the owners don't come survey the house periodically. There is no dresser in the primary You could also use more information. For example, there were large amounts of trash in front of the house when we arrived and you get no info from the owners on trash/recycling etc. Also, how to get to the nice beach through the secret door in a parking lot...

This home was absolutely beautiful. Pictures of the place were 100% accurate. I took my grandparents and parents and noone was in anyone's space. Enjoyed the open concept of the livingroom, dining room and kitchen where we can all sit together no matter what. The pool was perfect for the morning or evening swim. I was a bit disappointed that the outside did not have fans likes the picture which is one of the things that drew my attention because i love being outside so it was very hot (but I did enjoy my lunch outside anyways). We felt super safe with security driving around at all times. Enjoyed the morning walk to the beach (10min walk). Walgreen, 24 supermarket and fast food are all within 5mins drive. I do have to say, if you have someone with disabilities or eyesight issues this place may be a little challenge for you being that it has at least one steps up or down coming in, going to the kitchen or living room. But, nevertheless, I will be returning to this place. Truely felt at home!

House was perfect size for our group of 7 friends. We really enjoyed the outdoor area around the pool with a couch area, 2 hammocks and large table and chairs. Felt safe in a gated community. Beautiful Dorado beaches,10min drive. CVS, Walgreens & supermarket few minutes drive. Not much hot water for showers.

This is a well-laid out, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. We recommend it.

The host, Ricardo, was very helpful in planning our vacation. He paid attention to all our requests and gave us the information we needed about the location of the property and places of interest. The property was spotless and very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. The A?C worked properly. Location of the property is excellent and the beach behind the hotel was really nice. Thank you Ricardo, we had a great time!
