Excellent location to the Bear Lot and Beaver Creek ski lifts! Kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking easy.Linda (property manager) was very responsive.Terrific value!

We have stayed in lots of ski condos and this one was the best equipped / provisioned yet. We could tell the host put a lot of effort into planning for the guests comfort and convenience

Condo was cute and cozy and well stocked in the kitchen. Served us well for a trip for a sports tournament. Great location but the outside is quite worse for the wear. It looks like they are getting ready to repaint but several condos seem to be in significant disrepair from the outside. Due to the work we didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open during the day and it was quite warm at night.

As a family that also rents a short term rental on Evolve, it was wonderful to see another hosts home.The home is well appointed with all you need with lots of cool technology and even providing supplies for the bath.The property was wonderfully decorated and is very convenient to the mountain.The unit is in a mixed use plaza adjacent with Agave, and is not dedicated short term rentals meaning lots of full time renters and owners interspersed.I would recommend this rental
