The property worked well for our purpose—we were in town for a high school reunion. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was not great. We had multiple cars and only 2 spaces available in the driveway. Street parking very limited. Thermostat was a little wonky and it got pretty cold. The location worked well for us, and Juan was a good communicator.

Gave us everything we needed. Rooms were good size for our family gathering.I would offer to check the light bulbs, several were out.We were not able to get the mstr Bthrm fan to workSome of the kitchen utensils are in poor condition, like spatulas and bigger spoons.

Great stay April 2026 - Shared parking on left hand side of driveway not a big deal as long as you only have 2 cars. Check in super easy and prompt from host on day of arrival. All rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower in master bath did not have hot water only luke warm. Big set of stairs to get into the unit, which was not a big deal for us but might be for older people or those with mobility issues. Would stay again.

This was such a wonderful place to stay - it was exactly as expected. The apartment was clean and extremely spacious. The 3 bedrooms were all well sized, as were the bathrooms, and the the large living room and dining table made it very convenient for our local family to visit us. We will be staying here again!

My family of 4 had a great stay in this apartment home. We were visiting to surprise my SIL for her 60th birthday and we had plenty of room for our extended family to hang out, eat meals and relax. We weren't city-bound and just enjoyed some local restaurants and activities (a great Escape room about 25 minutes away). Juan, the host, was very communicative and responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!
