Belle maison Buena Vista sur la rivière Arkansas avec vues!

We come to Colorado every summer and this property instantly became one of our favorites! We loved that there were so many outdoor spaces to enjoy, including several decks with no shortage of seating options and tables, seating areas in the front and on the side of the house, and a riverside deck with bar-height seating, lounge chairs, and dining table. The house was very well-stocked — probably the best we’ve seen. The grill was very clean and worked well. The house has a circle drive with plenty of room. The owners were very sweet and responded quickly to questions. We’ve stayed in other rentals that outsource their communication to a call center but we greatly appreciate that this was not the case here. For those with mobility issues, there is a king bedroom on the main floor, another on the bottom floor, and two twin beds in an upstairs loft; the main floor has a sunken living/dining area but the eat-in bar is not sunken; the laundry room is downstairs; and stairs are required to get to the river. That being said, my elderly mother, who walks with a cane, was able to get around just fine, with the exception of getting to the river. She needed assistance to do that and decided once was enough. We all loved our time here and definitely hope to be back!

Amazing property right on the river. Once you get here, you’ve got no reason to leave. Everything you need for a perfect stay is here. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The property and the views are gorgeous. Book it!

This was a fantastic place. I have been traveling with Arbnb and VRBO for 20 years and this place was by far one of my favorite all time rentals. You will love it!!
