Good city location walkable to restaurants, Chihully, Pike Place. Condo spotless, comfortable, with everything needed, elevators, plus a dip in pool! Parking very helpful to have; we had to coordinate schedule with greeter who texted timely & was very accommodating. Also timely, easy communication with hosts. Thank you!

The location of this rental was great, and there were some upsides, such as spaciousness, and having 2 bathrooms for 5 adults was welcomed. Also enjoyed having the gym onsite and parking. Now for the downsides, and these are all easily fixed with a personal touch. You can tell this is a rental run by Vacasa. No Kpods, only one trash bag, sandpaper tp, and terrible blinds that barely worked. Also the couch was very uncomfortable and needed another chair in the living room. The check-in process was also terrible-we had to wait for someone to show up, and even though we scheduled ahead of time, they were 10 minutes late. Check out time was super early, check in time was late. Also wifi was extremely slow, but got better-ish after rebooting router. All and all those small inconveniences are easily remedied. If you plan to mostly explore and only sleep here, again location is great. Hopefully Vacasa will think of some amenities and add that personal touch to what could be a great condo.

Nice accommodation with plenty of amenities. Centrally located within walking distance of the space needle/surrounding attractions and Pike Public Market/the pier (about half to three quarters of a mile in either direction from the condo. Includes a parking space as well. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of the pool or hot tub. Very secure building/parking as well. Would stay again if in the area.

The location was great and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was not working, which was a bummer, and there was a car parked in our spot. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean, beautiful and in a great location. However there were a few things that were lacking such as no laundry soap, a strange thing I had to buy for a house that is supposed to be fully stocked. Many of the coffee creamers were expired so rather than drinking the coffee that was provided I had to go to a cafe down the street. The house didn’t have any kind of condiments or spices either so any meals I had, I needed to purchase extra things for. A few small things that made the stay feel incomplete. I still enjoyed my stay except for I was told the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance for the entirety of my stay when I went to use them which was really unfortunate being that I chose this spot due to those amenities, I feel like that should have been communicated before I rented this unit. If I had known that it wasn’t in use I would’ve chosen something at a lower price. After finding this out, I went to look at some of the other listings in the building and found two units that made comment about the pool being out of use. I wish I had known that before going through with this rental as it was one of the main draws to this property.

This condo worked perfectly for me! It looks exactly like the pictures, had everything I needed and was very conveniently located. Just a heads up that it is in an active part of town, especially in the evenings, but if you’re looking for that it’s a plus. The jacuzzi and pool directly across the hall were a real bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Lots of homeless people outside of the building on the ext block over, but stay in a group and you will be fine. As far as the rental, it could have been cleaner. The carpet had dust balls and fuzz all over it in the master bedroom and closet as well as the other bedroom. I don’t think it has been vacuumed in a while. Sheets and bed were comfy. Shower was great as well! One other thing that we did not care for, is that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was so hot! If you like AC, then do not book this rental. Parking was easy as well, and felt safe in the underground garage.

This is a difficult condo to review as the location couldn't be better. We lived in Seattle for 30+ years so knew where we wanted to stay, but that is the best thing about this condo. The check-in is a PAIN as you have to meet with a Vacasa rep just to get access to the condo. When you are traveling-this adds one more headache to time your arrival to meet someone. It involved about 10 back and forth texts. The condo is extremely dated and the needs a serious update. The carpets were all 'clean' (AKA vaccuumed)-but were stained, faded and gross. There were holes in both bathroom walls where they had moved towel racks and never finished the process. Bathrooms lacked hand towels. Closets also had holes in walls and filled with weird boxes etc-no full length hanging for dresses in master. Again-if you are looking for a great location in Seattle-look no farther, but just know that it is not a 'deluxe penthouse' as advertised.

It was a little unclear on where checkin was. It would have been nice to know what street the entrance was into the lobby. Once checked in, everything was great. The master bathroom toilet was a bit dirty. Otherwise beautiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend this to others for sure!!

Had a good stay, everything was close by with walkable distance. Condo was clean, included full kitchen essentials. The two bedrooms are large enough for 4 people stay. Down side is no AC, only ceiling fans. It can get warm & humid in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a place to stay for a short vacation.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, but NO AIR CONDITIONING! We needed to sleep with the windows open and run the fans at night but being downtown the city was very noise until the late night hours. Beds were very comfortable!

No air conditioning and it was 88 deg. I assume normally it would be ok. The rep met us in an alley behind the condos thinking we had a car when we had said we didn’t. Came into the warm condo and opened a closet to find a fan and the closet door fell off. Turned on the lights and only 2 of the 5 worked. Plugged in the fan and the front fell off and the fan blades hit the side when we turned it on. Very frustrating but a nice condo. It just needs some TLC.

Overall - this very nice 2 BR / 2bath Condo was nothing less than perfect. Very clean - great views from the 7th floor - and close to EVERYTHING we wanted to see. Space needle, Pike Place public market, water front, museums, best restaurants in town, and much more. Thank you for a great three days!

We had a great stay at Among the Trees. We were very close to all of the things that we were interested in doing while in Seattle...space needle, chihuly garden and glass, the piers, pike place market, etc. It's a very stylish condo that offered everything we needed for our short stay including parking. The surrounding area is very noisy but so was the air conditioner in the bedroom and that helped to drown out a lot of the street noise. We felt safe in the area and would stay here again. Lindsey was quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy.

The check-in process was also terrible-we had to wait for someone to show up, and even though we scheduled ahead of time, they were 10 minutes late. Check out time was super early, check in time was late. Also wifi was extremely slow, but got better-ish after rebooting router. All and all those small inconveniences are easily remedied. If you plan to mostly explore and only sleep here, again location is great. Hopefully Vacasa will think of some amenities and add that personal touch to what could be a great condo.

This is a nice property in a central location. We were there several days ahead of a cruise. In the future, i would not stay here primarily due to the check in process. We arrived early in the day and I was hoping to drop off luggage and then go see some sites. However, this property manager is adamate about checking in at 4 - and refused to let us drop off luggage. We had a 2 bedroom condo and all day i was told we could not arrive early. Its very likely the unit was ready prior to 4, but certainly can't be expected. Do not plan your day hoping to check in early or having a place to drop your luggage - it's not allowed here. Not only that, but the property team was pretty rude about it. I wont go back, and certainly if you are arriving early ahead of a cruise - stay atca hotel, it will be much more convenient, include breakfast, and allow you to drop off your luggage. I spoke with 3 other families there for thecsame reason (ahead of a cruise) - all 3 families said they wished theyd stayed at a hotel.

The condo is in a fantastic area of Seattle. Close to everything. We came for the Metallica concerts and besides the traffic it was so close which was nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing. Beautiful condo. The view was beautiful into the court yard and there is a balcony over looking the water for everyone to use. It was a beautiful view. The greeter, Valerie was very nice and made it easy for us to get checked in. She was great with getting back to me when I had questions, thank you Valerie.

We loved the location, short walking distance to several places for site seeing and restaurants. Property manager responded promptly. The property was as advertised! My wife I slept on the sofa bed was pleasantly surprised by the comfort. My two sisters said the king bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I came up for our anniversary and to catch the Sharks/Kraken game, not the out come we would've liked. Check in was easy and the parking garage was nice. The condo was just as it was described and a plus was the Brita water pitcher ready to drink in the fridge ( it's the little things). Location was great, easy walk to Pikes Place, Climate Pledge Arena and lots of options of places to eat. Would definately recommend without hesitation.

This is a difficult condo to review as the location couldn't be better. We lived in Seattle for 30+ years so knew where we wanted to stay, but that is the best thing about this condo. The check-in is a PAIN as you have to meet with a Vacasa rep just to get access to the condo. When you are traveling-this adds one more headache to time your arrival to meet someone. It involved about 10 back and forth texts. The condo is extremely dated and the needs a serious update. The carpets were all 'clean' (AKA vaccuumed)-but were stained, faded and gross. There were holes in both bathroom walls where they had moved towel racks and never finished the process. Bathrooms lacked hand towels. Closets also had holes in walls and filled with weird boxes etc-no full length hanging for dresses in master. Again-if you are looking for a great location in Seattle-look no farther, but just know that it is not a 'deluxe penthouse' as advertised.

Overall - this very nice 2 BR / 2bath Condo was nothing less than perfect. Very clean - great views from the 7th floor - and close to EVERYTHING we wanted to see. Space needle, Pike Place public market, water front, museums, best restaurants in town, and much more. Thank you for a great three days!

We really enjoyed our stay in Belltown.The property is located perfectly, with many bars and restaurants nearby.Walking distance to all the attractions, and one block from a bike lane to scooter everywhere. We had a great time. We really liked the in and out process,easy no hassle.

This condo worked perfectly for me! It looks exactly like the pictures, had everything I needed and was very conveniently located. Just a heads up that it is in an active part of town, especially in the evenings, but if you’re looking for that it’s a plus. The jacuzzi and pool directly across the hall were a real bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Among the Trees. We were very close to all of the things that we were interested in doing while in Seattle...space needle, chihuly garden and glass, the piers, pike place market, etc. It's a very stylish condo that offered everything we needed for our short stay including parking. The surrounding area is very noisy but so was the air conditioner in the bedroom and that helped to drown out a lot of the street noise. We felt safe in the area and would stay here again. Lindsey was quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy.

Location, location, location. If you’re looking for a great location when visiting Seattle for an event to climate, pledge arena, we highly recommend this Belltown location. Quick and easy walk to Pike Place market as well. Beautiful views of the waterfront and sunsets from the seventh floor outdoor patio. Lovely to have Macrina bakery right downstairs near the lobby for great breakfast coffee and pastries. So convenient to have secure parking as well. There’s a smart TV in the living room so you’re able to stream movies and television through your own subscription services.
Location, location, location. If you’re looking for a great location when visiting Seattle for an event to climate, pledge arena, we highly recommend this Belltown location. Fantastic location! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a bakery on one side and a pizzeria on the other! There's a corner market for a quick grab, and it's close to everything. Very walkable if you're an urbanite, and very bikeable too. Bike and scooter share is available. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and both the veranda and the shared deck were great!

We loved the well appointed kitchen which allowed us to eat in when we wanted to, although there were some good options for eating nearby, especially the Macrina bakery downstairs and Hawaiian Ohana restaurant 5 minutes away. A ten minute walk to Pike markets, 10-15 minutes to Spaceneedle and 20 minutes to Union Lake. Need to be alert and aware while walking around at night especially near Bell street. Comfortable for a family with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room. Overall a great stay.

The beds were comfortable, the unit was perfect! Great location! Less than a mile walking from the Space Needle and Pikes Place! Secure building and designated secure garage parking! Small convenient store on the street level along with an amazing cafe and delicious pizza place! We will definitely be staying in this unit in the future!

Do not book here. They are extremely dishonest and will charge a huge security deposit for made up lies. In our case, they said “they could not find the parking pass” that I had already returned along the keys. They will say they will release the deposit in 5 days, and then not do it, charge it, and after the fact, they will say “they could not find the pass.” They could have had cleaners or other people lose it but will blame you, despite you confirming and sending them proof you had returned it. Not to mention how hefty the fee for a parking pass was, the charged the ENTIRETY of the deposit for a little parking paper! Absolutely Ridiculous! The location is somewhat good, but the suite is extremely noisy as it is on top of a very loud club/bar. Do not book there over a weekend or you won’t be able to sleep before 3-4 am. The welcoming was rushed and the person who gave us access clearly looked like she did not want to be there, was kind of rude and didn’t even answer our questions for recommendations. Avoid booking this unit. Not worth it!!! We have had way better stays and better treatment at nicer places.

The unit is spacious and well-furnished for travelers. This is a well maintained unit and very comfortable. Popular sites are nearby within walking distance.
