Ballard Farmhouse 2 bdrm/loft/1bath, fenced yard

This was a wonderful place and the owners were very accommodating and friendly!The house was packed with more than the essentials. The kitchen was set with about every utensil you would need for cooking.The house was very comfortable and conveniently located to things in Ballard and downtown Seattle.I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Seattle without question!We had a great stay and send a big thank you to our hosts.

The host thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stalked, down to the having single serve creamers in the refrigerator and plenty of tools to cook all meals at home. The bathroom and bedrooms were also fully stocked, with anything you could need. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Super convenient location to Ballard (walking distance) and I cannot say enough positive things about our host! The home is also dog friendly (and the hosts love dogs too!) with a fenced in backyard. We stayed in this home in transition between selling our house in Seattle and moving out of state. We lucked out with this absolute gem of a home during a very stressful period. If/when we return to the area, this is where we will stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Ballard. Home was well maintained and the host ensured the home had everything you would need.

Quiet location. Clean house. Numerous electrical outlets. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Appreciated the coffee supplies and Washer/Dryer in the rental. The stairs were fairly steep and ackward at the top with a low ceiling, yet we 60-year-olds managed it. Plenty of room for luggage in the bedrooms. I know the house is marketed to allow pets and since I don’t have pets, I did notice a pet odor each time I entered the house. So if you love and/or bring your pets, this is a wonderful rental.

Well kept home, wonderfully appointed kitchen and cooking items, great yard space for pets, very nice hosts.
