Sugary Sands 1 Bed Condo and One Block to Beach!

Very pleasant stay. Short walk to beach and we had access to wagon and beach chairs. Location is great, very close to Bridge St. and many restaurants.Property manager had emailed all necessary information for condo. We enjoyed our stay at Sugary Sands!

This property, while older, is in a wonderful location. It is close to many restaurants, live entertainment, Bridge Street, the beach, and the pier. We visited in April, and it was generally an older population, which was perfect for us. The pool was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch area off the dining area. The bathroom was in poor condition, but we were told that it was being updated in the next month or so. We had a small issue that needed to be dealt with, and it was dealt with very promptly. The bed was comfortable, and there were drawers on all three sides below it. The sunrises on Bridge Street pier were beautiful and the sunsets on the Gulf were also. The beach is definitely walkable, but since we had a car, we chose take a short drive to Coquina beach. We used the free trolley once, to go to the north end of the island. If you download the myStop app, and go to Manatee County, you can follow the trolleys in real time, which eliminates waiting long for it to arrive.

Had a GREAT stay and the location of this unit is perfect!! The unit was just right for us and will most definitely stay there again!

Loved the proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
