Family-Friendly Modesto Home w/ Grill & Yard

We had a great stay! Our whole family was in California for a wedding and it was great to all be able to stay together. As several others said, it would have been nice to have a tv in the coming area and the tv in the primary room didn’t have access to many viewing options but we would be very willing to stay there again if we all come out again!

The house was fairly large, but the rooms were not furnished up to its size and location. Need upgrading the furniture around the house, and remove unsightly stained mattresses. Patio grill and furniture need cleaning or replacement. Cleaning was inadequate for an 8 day duration.

This house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely rent it again. We made several adjustments to our reservation (including moving the reservation to a different weekend.and adding a pet) and the hosts were flexible and accommodating.

Good location with easy check-in process. Property in great condition with all amenities including a workout area and outdoor space with grillOnly annoying thing was that multiple smoke detectors where chirping low battery warning as soon as we checked in. Had to mute them multiple times during our stay

This was a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice to address any of our needs. Great place to stay.
