Our group of two couples stayed at No. 77 in Lavenham for three nights in September in order to visit the St. Mary's Church in Chilton. Little did we know that Lavenham was the most charming, well preserved medieval town you can imagine. The butcher shop was absolutely delightful, and there were so many lovely shops and restaurants to enjoy. There are some nice walks, and a beautiful cathedral nearby also. The house was perfect for our stay; it was well located, clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and linens. There was a nice patio out back with comfortable chairs and a table where we ate a meal or two. One thing to note...especially for senior citizens...is that the stairway up to the two bedrooms is quite steep, small, and with a turn at the bottom so we had to be careful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend.

No.77 was spotlessly clean and the cottage has a lovely feel, with everything you need. Whenever I thought “I wonder if there’s a…”, there was! Perfect location for Lavenham itself and exploring further afield. We’d love to stay again.

No.77 is a lovely cozy cottage. Easy walk around the whole of Lavenham. Communication was excellent with Jayne. Very clean and stylishly decorated. Our only problem was it is on a busy through road and was quite noisy with traffic until the night. Would still recommend though.

We had a great stay at no 77. The location was perfect, right on the high street. Although, if you're looking for a long lazy lie-in, you might hear the traffic.Communication with Jayne was faultless, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and it was lovely and warm.The bed was so comfortable too! Highly recommended.

Great cottage stay in a great town! Jayne was very accommodating and 77 was just as advertised. The stairs are steep and both bedrooms are on the second floor, but they are carpeted and well lit so it wasn’t a problem for us. Really loved Lavenham, amazing history and very friendpeople.

We loved our stay in Lavenham and right on the High Street. Everything was well positioned and easy to use. Great heating system but we didn’t need to use it much due to lovely weather. We could walk everywhere! Managed to have lunch at Chilli & Chives, Memsab, the Angel and drinks at the Greyhound.

No kidding the location was perfect for us. There was a neighborhood market 2 minutes walk away. There was butcher shop, restaurant that served real English tea, antique shop and so much more. Very nice English Village with a lot of history. We enjoyed our time in Lavenham. Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay in Lavenham and right on the High Street. Everything was well positioned and easy to use. Great heating system but we didn’t need to use it much due to lovely weather. We could walk everywhere! Managed to have lunch at Chilli & Chives, Memsab, the Angel and drinks at the Greyhound.

No.77 is a lovely cozy cottage. Easy walk around the whole of Lavenham. Communication was excellent with Jayne. Very clean and stylishly decorated. Our only problem was it is on a busy through road and was quite noisy with traffic until the night. Would still recommend though.

Very nice cottage in good position to explore Lavenham. Cosy and comfortable, well equipped and home from home feel. Couldn’t really fault it. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at no 77. The location was perfect, right on the high street. Although, if you're looking for a long lazy lie-in, you might hear the traffic.Communication with Jayne was faultless, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and it was lovely and warm.The bed was so comfortable too! Highly recommended.

The property was fantastic and ideal for a short stay in Lavenham and surrounding countryside. Lovely cosy front room, well equipped and clean kitchen and lovely double shower. Steep climb upstairs to a very comfy bed. Very central for the town and all shops etc and free parking very near. All communications with the host were great. Would recommend.

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped, everything was clean and in good condition, and as we mostly eat indoors there was plenty of room in the kitchen cupboards to store our own food. Would definitely book this accommodation again.

The cottage was so comfy, put together and picturesque. We had a wonderful time at No 77, with it being so conveniently placed within Lavenham. Jayne, our host, was very communicative and prepared everything so well for us. We will be looking to come back and stay again soon!

No kidding the location was perfect for us. There was a neighborhood market 2 minutes walk away. There was butcher shop, restaurant that served real English tea, antique shop and so much more. Very nice English Village with a lot of history. We enjoyed our time in Lavenham. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful stay with my beautiful crocheting friends we ate we drank we laughed and we had a wonderful time in the cosy house in lavenham. Lovely little courtyard garden and lovely shower and kitchen.
