The ground floor features three twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a full bathroom with shower, a large living-dining room with Smart TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The outdoor space at Villa Nautilus is perfect for enjoying Mallorca's climate: a private swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with entry steps, sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue.
