The apartment is located in Monteverdi Marittimo, a small Tuscan village with approximately 800 inhabitants, about 25 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea.The owner also lives in the house on the upper floor. We received an exceptionally warm welcome and were very well looked after. The apartment is spacious, fully and practically furnished, and remains cool even on hot days.Internet access is available throughout the house, though the signal isn't consistently strong everywhere.Guests are welcome to use the beautiful garden, planted with olive and fig trees, and the complete set of garden furniture and umbrellas.It's a wonderful place to relax, take excursions into the surrounding countryside or to the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to return.Many thanks again for their warm and lovely welcome and support.

A beautiful apartment in the hills of Tuscany. A great place to stay in a quiet town with lots of places to explore (day trips) such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. You will need a car to stay here. There are shops just a short walk away for essentials. There are also several restaurants in town. The views are magical and the apartment is spacious with everything you need.

Besonders zu bemerken ist die sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Alles Perfekt Wir haben uns dort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Giuliana die Mutter von Andrea Donati ist eine so liebe und Herzensgute Frau, die uns immer geholfen hat und uns jeden machbaren Wunsch erfüllt hat.Danke Giuliania, für den leckeren Kuchen, Feigen und die Tomaten.Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt.Natürlich ist alles schon ein bißchen älter, aber es hat uns nicht gestört, ganz im Gegenteil, hatte so den toskanischen Charme. Der Ort Monteverdi Marittimo, ist traumhaft schön und vorallen sehr ruhig.Wir werden unseren nächsten Toskana Urlaub, definitiv wieder dort buchen.Mit viel Wehmut haben wir nach 14 Tagen dort Abschied genommen.Giuliana, die Ferienwohnung und der Ort werden für immer in unserer Erinnerung bleiben .

Schöner Ort, wenig touristisch, mit altem Ortskern und schöner Umgebung. Genügend Möglichkeiten, zum Essen und Einkaufen direkt im Ort. Größere Orte sind nicht weit, auch das Meer. Die Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet, ruhig mit tollem Garten und schönem Blick und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ortskern. Die Fenster und Rollläden könnten repariert werden, sind schwergängig, das hat aber nicht wirklich gestört. Der Kontakt mit der im selben Haus wohnenden Mutter der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würde wieder dort wohnen.
