From the beginning the host was in communication and welcoming. When I had questions, they responded in minutes. They provided a link to their hosting site that included local information. The house is in a residential area in a rural community that's only 20 minutes from Springfield MA and close to scenic CT towns. The house is cozy and absolutely clean and well stocked. I felt very comfortable and safe.
