Our family had a great time visiting Eugene! The Pendleton was perfect for us. Location made it feel 5 minutes away from everything, and the home had a great layout, nice amenities, and clean!

PERFECT location for any events at the U of O, and it appears to be centrally located to other Eugene events. SAFE neighborhood. Fun to have a full size PacMan machine, our grandson topped the last top score so there's your challenge! AND several great restaurants within walking distance.

The Pendleton was perfect - we traveled with 2 seniors, 2 adults, and 2 kids (ages 6 & 9). The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals during our stay and was literally 15 mins from everything we needed to get to (Costco, Safeway, WinCo). ~1 hr 15 mins to Enchanted Forest, Florence on the coast, and Wildlife Safari - would highly recommend all these locations as well. We LOVED Pastini restaurant as well, which is ~15 mins away as well.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Comfortable, clean, well-stocked, convenient to walk to a kids park, restaurants, with nearby rivers, UO. Our small 3 generation family was happy here for a weekend birthday celebration of 2 grandkids. Our hosts had a darling play area upstairs for the kids. We Highly recommend The Pendleton.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is well equipped- we appreciated the 3 FULL bathrooms for 9 of us and the 2 car garage. Great restaurants in easy walking distance made it fun.

One of our sons had recently graduated from college and was moving to Eugene for a job. We stayed at the Pendleton while getting him settled in to his apartment in Junction City. The other reviews that I had read for this property were spot on. The checkin process was very easy. The property was clean and ready for us. The neighborhood was safe and in a great location for our needs. Everything about the property was wonderful. We will definitely stay at the Pendleton in the future when visiting our son, if available.

Cute home. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had not been cleaned and was missing a few items easily picked up at stores which are very close. Overall, a great time with a total of 4 couples. Dinner and games made for memorable evenings.

The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and in a really convenient spot. That said, the place could use a good deep cleaning, and it would’ve been nice if all the trash cans had garbage bags. A few small improvements would make a big difference in the overall stay.

The Pendleton was the perfect space for our family of 3 couples and one single adult. Mac was quick to respond to a phone call or text to answer any questions or offer help. The upstairs did remain warmer than the downstairs even with the AC on. We would recommend this house and would stay there again!

The Pendleton is located in a nice area of Eugene, with easy access to hi-ways. The house is nicely decorated and stocked. We had children under 3 yrs., teens, 40 yr. olds and 70 yr. old grandparents. We would definitely stay here again!

We were pleased with the beautiful area close to our family. Pleased with a beautiful home. Ease of booking and getting into the home and area. Communication with the owners were excellent. Very well maintained, and close to a fun business area. Play area for children a nice surprise. Our only complaint would be that we did not feel safe using the BBQ grill, because it had been burned thru the flare plate and grates needed replaced. However we would stay there again. Thank you for the stay.

We had a great time at the Pendleton! Kids had fun playing the arcade games! Great location near park. Would recommend if you are in the Eugene area.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is well equipped- we appreciated the 3 FULL bathrooms for 9 of us and the 2 car garage. Great restaurants in easy walking distance made it fun.

The Pendleton is located in a nice area of Eugene, with easy access to hi-ways. The house is nicely decorated and stocked. We had children under 3 yrs., teens, 40 yr. olds and 70 yr. old grandparents. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time - great location with lots of options to walk including a park. Host was very responsive and checked in during the visit. Would definitely stay again.
