Nice 2 bedroom condo. Big kitchen. Patio in back with night lights. Handy washer/dryer combo. Close walk to beach and nightlife or breakfast. Marguartaville is right on corner near condo.

The location was great, near dining and across the street from the beach. It was clean and had the necessary items for our stay. I would recommend adding some seating in the living area, at least for one, there is only a small sofa and we fit 3 adults on it but it would be nice if there was an additional chair. We only had 3 people but the condo does sleep 4. Also a bench in each bedroom would be nice for sitting or for luggage. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom had a screw loose from the drywall, also the towel holder was loose from the drywall, some drywall anchors would fix these.
The location was great, near dining and across the street from the beach. It was clean and had the necessary items for our stay. Not comfortable, at least needs one chair with a back on it. If someone wants to lay on the couch, there is no where else for anyone to sit. Also couch was on bricks. No sharp knives in kitchen and what kitchen does not have a toaster? Beds were too soft for me but that’s just my preference.

Close to beach, pier, restaurants and bars. Perfect for walking the beach. Parking at the location was always available and the backyard patio was really nice. The unit has a huge kitchen with lots of space.

The only thing this property has going for it … it’s a block from the beach. Wish I had taken photos. I didn’t know that was a thing. Do not recommend. Pictures on site are not true to what is there. The refrigerator had bungee cords to hold items in bottom racks. No lamps, no clocks, blinds had broken wands . Dirty coffee pot, dishes and dirty ice maker. I don’t know how in the world this place ever got a 10. Worst of all.. I had to go and purchase a new shower liner, because the one in the shower was molded. The only good thing I can say is… at least there were no roaches. Whoever cleans this place is terrible. There were more things but there isn’t enough room. Owner needs to repaint especially the ceiling, it’s stained from water damage or something upstairs.Maybe replace door frame where some animal, possible dog ripped up the wood but it was just painted over.

Ok, very simple. Door lock needs attention. You have to push the door just right, not too much and not too little for the lock to work. Difficult if your hands are full!

The place was clean but had a few issues. We had a hard time with electronic lock. It didn’t line up correctly so everything we left we had trouble getting back in. The bathroom door had no screws in bottom hinge and door had to be lifted to close properly. There was no place for you to put bathroom items could use vanity with drawers. The shower was ok. The bedroom we had no dresser to put your clothes or any table so everything was on floor. The bed itself was extremely low and my husband’s side broke during the night. There were only 4 towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. There were 4 of us.. all adults so you better hope you only need one towel for your body per person. The counter ice maker was not working very well. There wasn’t enough room for all of us to sit in living room area. The kitchen was clean along with bathroom. I was surprised there were no tvs in bedrooms. We only stayed 1 night so it worked. The owner did let us check in early. Overall it was good for one night but wasn’t a lot of room for 4 adults.The owner was nice to communicate with us.

Clean and inviting. We very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy and the AC cranked. We walked to the beach often and loved the location. Great rental. Thanks again.

Our stay was okay, not great. The place was not clean. Where do i start, there were mold on the shower curtains, not the same curtains as pictured in the ad, there were hair still on the pillows from previous renters, there were roaches in the kitchen, the couch was not the same as pictured in the ad, the cushions on the couch was hard to sit on because the springs was poking. Renters above us was loud and you can hear every footsteps they take. Will look else where next time we are in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Love the location, but the unit was totally run down. The place needed painting, the shower curtain was gross, and the couch should be thrown away. It had a spring sticking out one part and collapsed in the middle. Definitely would not stay there again.

Super clean…. Super comfortable…. Super convenient to all that JAX BEACH has to offer!!!…. Would definitely stay here again….. and Theo is a ROCKSTAR host!!!!… I would highly recommend this property!!!

The property was clean and simple. Comfortable bed. Theo, the manager, emailed us right away to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing! Seriously a couple minutes walk to the beach and less than that to the Margaritaville hotel! Bars, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Did not have to drive anywhere. We will be going back for sure!

We are a family of four with two teens and a dog. Theo was such a great host! His home is exactly as described and pictured. The beds were super comfy and the space was super clean. The house is literally across the street from the beach. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Right across the street from margaritaville resort and land shark bar and grill! The location could not have been better for our needs. Theo was very quick To respond and gave us great recommendations for the area. We are visiting for spring break from New Jersey and these were just the perfect accommodations. We loved that linens, towels and kitchen necessities were provided. All pros, no cons for us. We even took a trip to St. Augustine for the day…it was a beautiful 40 min drive with lots to Do there! Thank you for a great trip Theo!

Location is perfect! Loved that it was so close to the beach! Checking in was a little confusing but the owner was readily available with help. The space was perfect for my family of 4. One downside-which I know is out of the owner’s control were the guests from upstairs. You could here them walking loudly, again, not the owner’s fault but it did disrupt our sleep. Other than those two things, we had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

The counter ice maker was not working very well. There wasn’t enough room for all of us to sit in living room area. The kitchen was clean along with bathroom. I was surprised there were no tvs in bedrooms. We only stayed 1 night so it worked. The owner did let us check in early. Overall it was good for one night but wasn’t a lot of room for 4 adults.The owner was nice to communicate with us.

We are a family of four with two teens and a dog. Theo was such a great host! His home is exactly as described and pictured. The beds were super comfy and the space was super clean. The house is literally across the street from the beach. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Right across the street from margaritaville resort and land shark bar and grill! The location could not have been better for our needs. Theo was very quick To respond and gave us great recommendations for the area. We are visiting for spring break from New Jersey and these were just the perfect accommodations. We loved that linens, towels and kitchen necessities were provided. All pros, no cons for us. We even took a trip to St. Augustine for the day…it was a beautiful 40 min drive with lots to Do there! Thank you for a great trip Theo!

Location is perfect! Loved that it was so close to the beach! Checking in was a little confusing but the owner was readily available with help. The space was perfect for my family of 4. One downside-which I know is out of the owner’s control were the guests from upstairs. You could here them walking loudly, again, not the owner’s fault but it did disrupt our sleep. Other than those two things, we had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

The property was clean and simple. Comfortable bed. Theo, the manager, emailed us right away to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing! Seriously a couple minutes walk to the beach and less than that to the Margaritaville hotel! Bars, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Did not have to drive anywhere. We will be going back for sure!

The place was clean but had a few issues. We had a hard time with electronic lock. It didn’t line up correctly so everything we left we had trouble getting back in. The bathroom door had no screws in bottom hinge and door had to be lifted to close properly. There was no place for you to put bathroom items could use vanity with drawers. The shower was ok. The bedroom we had no dresser to put your clothes or any table so everything was on floor. The bed itself was extremely low and my husband’s side broke during the night. There were only 4 towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. There were 4 of us.. all adults so you better hope you only need one towel for your body per person. Great location for the family to retreat to the beach for a week. Fun patio and all the space we needed for a great week! Host was very easy to work with and communicated back and forth whenever we needed something.

Location is just perfect. We rented bikes and bee-bopped up and down between Neptune Beach and back. Walking distance to many great places, oh yeah, the beach is just steps out the door. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Jacksonville Beach is beautiful. We went for a walk every day. We were so close to everything, many, many restaurants. We very much enjoyed, I recommend it.

Stayed at Theo's property for 4 days for a work/play trip. It had everything we needed. Being on a cross streets was great too - 2 blocks from the ocean, but we didn't get much traffic since most of the cars use the north/south roads. Would stay there again for sure.

This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here again.

For a place to rest and shower it works, it’s close to the beach and bars.If you have kids it doesn’t work to well, no dining table to sit at and eat meals. Pest control is needed there were roaches and spiders throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies to sweep the floor or the rug. If you want to bar hop and hang out on the beach or just watch tv this place works fine.

Great location at a great price. 2 minutes to the beach and a 5 minute walk from the fishing pier. Will definitely consider again if I'm ever in Jax Beach again!
