Yes, there our hostess seemed most welcoming. She was very helpful.

Due to the electric being turned off, the dishwasher, garbage disposal, hot tub, and half of the electrical sockets did not work. In the basement, there was no electric in the bathroom, resulting in my children and their spouses stayed in Denver for the nights and showered at my son’s home. The surprise party for my dad’s 80th birthday was also moved to my son’s. The trip was for a long weekend of celebrating graduation,Christmas and a surprise birthday party. We were unable to all stay in the home comfortably with only partial electricity. The host was very kind and communicating with us and I tried to keep a positive attitude however it was a lot of money spent for the eight of us not to be able to be together. Luckily, we were able to make other arrangements with my son living close. The host did offer a discount for when we come back but honestly, the chances of all eight of us being together again would not happen. I feel that a discount should have been given for this stay due to the inconvenience. As seen by the greenhouse there was definitely high winds which was out of the host hands. Had the boys stayed with us? We would have had to all eight shower in one shower upstairs. I appreciate the host’s offer of a discount if we would come back but feel this should have been applied to this stay. It is a beautiful home and view. Heather is great but I half to say, our stay was not what I had hoped for.
