The Vintage Lake House w/ Private Dock

Perfect spot for a girls weekend! We relaxed, walked on the bike path (which was just across the road), enjoyed nearby restaurants, and played games. The home was very nice, had exactly what we needed to cook several meals, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms - nice amenities - well stocked — good restaurants close by and owner available when needed for questions about home or area much appreciated and we will be back

We loved the house!! Clean. Unique. Nicely decorated. Very well equipped! The living space is cozy and functional. Great communication from the host. Reason for 4 stars: The house is across major road from lake. We couldn’t use the kayaks because we (mostly in our 60s) just couldn’t with the dock/slip as it is. The neighbors were quiet and friendly but the outdoor spaces at the house didn’t appeal to us due to close proximity of other houses. HOWEVER we enjoyed walking the bike path and the house so much!! We spent a lot of time inside playing board games, puzzling, cooking and eating. The streaming access on the main TV was great too! Highly recommend this house and host for those who don’t mind not being right on the lake.

Nice place. The pictures are a little misleading. I thought we were literally on the canal. The property was clean and everything seemed to be provided.

Amazing host and vacation home to rent! The property was fully loaded for a family trip with younger kids. Clean. Great location near amenities, trails and a watefromt park. Loved our evenings on the lake the most. Check out Fox Island, Jack n’ Dos pizza, the Gathering Grounds coffee shop and classic donuts. Would love to stay again.
