Nothing worse than walking into a rental only to find it hasn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. Unmade bed, dirty laundry, dirty kitchen. Owner returned the cleaning fee. He should have refunded more than that. We cleaned their condo after a very long day of travel. A/C in unit is really a portable unit in the primary. Guests in primary froze, while guests in main room were left with nothing more than two fans. VRBO’s 24/7 support was nothing more than a chat bot. Literally, no help and not as advertised.
