Loved this place! it was just what we wanted. Quiet, close to the main road, shopping and restaurants. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy the sounds of nature or gentle rain on the lanai. Reserved parking for two vehicles. Just felt like home. Our host responded quickly to any communication and went above and beyond in one instance. You won’t be disappointed if you pick this one.

Close to the ocean and all downtown amenities. Gated community - very private, quiet and secure. Loved the patio. We had most our meals there and lots of laughs. Kitchen was well equipped.

AC was down from day one. I called for someone to come fix it and the failed. They say maintenance person came to fix and solve the problem. But no they failed. AC breaker keeps shutting off. From day one until check out. NO AC! Very hot and uncomfortable place with no AC. Everyday I bugged them but they failed. Very poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Parking was too tight and very dark.

My family and I enjoyed the stay here. It's a long walk to town (~2 miles) but a quick drive.

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Location

Located in Holualoa Village, a neighborhood in Kailua-Kona, this vacation home is in the mountains and near the beach. Kailua Pier and Moku‘aikaua Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kahalu'u Beach Park and Kailua-Kona Wharf. KBXtreme and Kona Community Aquatic Center are also worth visiting. With kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
