The Westin Tempe

Amenities are excellent and we love this hotel but we did not have a clean room There was a huge hairball in our shower and other types of hair all over the shower. We had to clean it up ourselves There was trash in the room and more hair all over the restroom floor. There were lights out all over the room; broken lamp, light bulb out and strip of light out in the restroom. I took pictures of everything. We would stay again because we are Marriott members and we love the rooftop. But disappointed we did not get a good room this trip.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Our room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was all clean we like they offer coupons for drinks and coffee and smoothies

We did a quick staycation for our 44th anniversary at the Tempe Westin, a very nice place to stay with an awesome staff ( especially the cafe waitress Ella!) Rooms were comfortable and clean, Thank you and we will be back soon!
