Check in and communication was a breeze! Location was amazing and the house was very clean. The flooring desperately needs to be replaced, the carpet and vinyl flooring were both peeling back. Additionally, the bunk bed was very rickety and we did not feel comfortable having the kids sleep on the top bunk. The bed in the other bedroom was very comfortable and so was the couch. A word of warning-you may need to bring your own beach towels if there are more than 3 of you. The towels supplied were of good quality, but as a family of 5, we had to share! Overall a very nice stay and I would recommend!

The condo had everything we needed…beach towels, chairs, umbrella, ice chest and plenty of kitchen utensils and pans if you want to cook. Owner was great with correspondence when we messaged him. The unit was nice, big and right on the waterway which I liked.
