Wendle Cottage is cozy and cute and perfect for a stay in Moreton-in-Marsh! Highly recommend! The only thing I would say is there are really steep stairs so I would be careful with anyone who has issues with stairs. But this is a great spot! Highly recommend.

We had seven beautiful days in the Cotswolds. This was only partly due to the cottage. The kitchen and the two bedrooms were okay. The beds good and the shower facility completely fine. What made our holiday a bit mad were the cleanliness and the living room. The cleanliness at the beginning was not really sufficient, but there was a bit of help. What could not be changed was the street and the living room. The latter is very dark, certainly pleasant in midsummer, less so in September. The sofa is quite worn-out, actually only possible to sit on with the large number of cushions. One of the only 3 windows is unfortunately equipped with a blind that cannot be opened. The fact that the cars are either stuck in traffic jams in front of the door or thunder noisily through the living room and bedroom could perhaps have been guessed with a little experience. Otherwise, everything was okay, the appliances in the kitchen and the Wi-Fi worked excellently, but it would be helpful to put the extensive folder with instructions and hints on the suitcase table instead of hiding it in the drawer. In any case, we only found it by chance on the last day. You get used to the steep stairs, but it would be necessary to fix the fastening hooks of the upper stairs better, as they are becoming looser and looser.
