Andrea has created a cozy, fully stocked, lovely home to spend time in. The neighborhood is charming and the neighbors are very friendly. We could walk to downtown La Verne where there are many restaurants and cute shops. There is a wonderful park just one block from the house. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the welcoming porch and watch the world go by. It is the perfect setting for 4 people and a dog. Andrea is so prompt in responding to questions or requests. We will definately stay here again!
Andrea has created a cozy, fully stocked, lovely home to spend time in. The neighborhood is charming and the neighbors are very friendly. We could walk to downtown La Verne where there are many restaurants and cute shops. There is a wonderful park just one block from the house. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the welcoming porch and watch the world go by. It is the perfect setting for 4 people and a dog. Andrea is so prompt in responding to questions or requests. Nice, clean and Homie with all the Amenities. Loved our stay. It was like a stay at my grandparents right along with all the Dachshund decor. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. Couple of blocks walk to restaurants downtown. Especially enjoyed the raccoon run across the lawn in the mornings. Home is close to everything within 45 minutes. Took 45 minutes to Disneyland 45 minutes to Pirates dinner theater 20 minutes to family two hours to San Diego. All depends on traffic and what time you leave. House was always cozy and comfortable when we got home.

We spent some lovely evenings and mornings in your sweet space. It rained more than we expected and the house was warm and comfy. Loved the kitchen with its red appliances and the living /dining rooms were great places to hang out. We’ll be back for sure.

A cozy, charming house that feels welcoming the moment you step up onto the porch. Room for 2 cars on the driveway (no overnight parking on streets). Pretty green healthy plants brighten every room. Comfortable beds with cute bedding, extra blankets available in the closet. It tends to be on the chilly side. The thermostat is set at 70 degrees—bring slippers or wear double socks if your feet get cold easily. Fun porch lighting can be any color of the rainbow (remote controlled). We chose purple so it’d be easy to spot walking home in the dark (very little street lighting). Showers are low pressure but get plenty hot. Our cat had fun exploring the rooms and settled in comfortably within a day. We enjoyed walking to downtown La Verne to try the restaurants there. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and cooking accessories if you’d rather cook your own meals. The coffee maker came in handy for our morning coffee fix. Quiet neighborhood except occasional dogs barking. Our host was very responsive and communicated well with us whenever we had any questions. We appreciated being able to check in a little early the first day! I highly recommend this place!

The house is exactly as described – a cozy, comfortable California cottage set in a quiet residential neighborhood, within easy walking distance to a downtown area with coffee shops, restaurants and eclectic shopping available.For us, it was also perfectly located for an easy commute to visit our aging parents in Claremont, and having off-street parking available was a huge bonus.Beds are very comfortable (though I will admit to ‘stealing’ the pillows off the second bed as I like to have stacked pillows), and the showers in both bathrooms have great water pressure and hand-held shower wands which I greatly appreciate.We didn’t make much use of the kitchen as we were visiting family, and almost all meals were eaten with them, but it was well stocked with most things you’d need to cook at home. Coffee makers include both drip and k-cup styles, and there is a large Brita-filter water jug in the fridge so you don’t need to buy jugs of water.I think the best part of the house was the homey seasonal decorations inside and out – made you feel that you were actually part of the neighborhood instead of being in a dull unloved rental. The dachshunds everywhere made me homesick for my mom – she was also a doxie-lover, and her own holiday decorations featured her favorite hounds.We will be very happy to consider this our home base for future visits to family, and hope it’s available to us next time!

A wonderful stay at a lovely and charming craftsman style home. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped. Neighborhood was safe with well maintained properties. Close to stores and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend.

This was the perfect property for me and my two adult daughters to stay while attending a family reunion in Fullerton. The home was quaint and clean and very welcoming. Amanda was prompt with replies and accommodating too. Great place to stay and feel “homey” and a classic southern CA abode with lots of trees and foliage. The butterflies were delightful too.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was well apportioned and decorated for the holidays. Great location and within walking distance to La Verne’s quaint little downtown shops, coffee, and places to eat. Perfect home base while visiting family.

Amanda has been so helpful and kind. We stayed at her property a year ago for a business trip and knew we wanted to stay again. It was super easy to book and Amanda has been so helpful through the process of making changes and willing to accommodate.

Cute home in downtown LaVerne. The property owner was nice and helpful. The TV wasn’t working so she kindly brought us another one. Some suggestions to adjust properly profile. It said two twin beds in 2nd bedroom but it was a queen. Outside BbQ but not propane to use the BBQ. Main issue listed wheelchair assessable and it wasn’t. No way could my elderly make it up 4 steps. was as

My daughter and her husband stayed while visiting our grandson at Cal Poly Pomona! We were supposed to travel with them but we had a medical issue arise! They said the house was adorable and close to restaurants and shopping and also close to the college! All and all they gave it 5 stars!

Charming, quiet, and comfortable home for our visit. As advertised, the house is decorated with country charm and located in the old town area of the small college town of La Verne. Restaurants and parks within waking distance through quiet neighborhood tree lines streets

A cozy, charming house that feels welcoming the moment you step up onto the porch. Room for 2 cars on the driveway (no overnight parking on streets). Pretty green healthy plants brighten every room. Comfortable beds with cute bedding, extra blankets available in the closet. It tends to be on the chilly side. The thermostat is set at 70 degrees—bring slippers or wear double socks if your feet get cold easily. Fun porch lighting can be any color of the rainbow (remote controlled). We chose purple so it’d be easy to spot walking home in the dark (very little street lighting). Showers are low pressure but get plenty hot. Our cat had fun exploring the rooms and settled in comfortably within a day. We enjoyed walking to downtown La Verne to try the restaurants there. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and cooking accessories if you’d rather cook your own meals. The coffee maker came in handy for our morning coffee fix. Quiet neighborhood except occasional dogs barking. Our host was very responsive and communicated well with us whenever we had any questions. We appreciated being able to check in a little early the first day! I highly recommend this place!

Whoever decorated this home did a great job! It is very pleasing to the eye and the decor fits the house and the surrounding neighborhood. It is small, so pay attention to the occupancy limit. It was the perfect size for 3 of us; i imagine 4 would work well too. It is a short walk from old downtown including the university campus and a 1 minute walk from a beautiful park. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and quiet. The surrounding homes are well kept and add to the nice atmosphere. The location is perfect. We would highly recommend this house for a stay!

The house is exactly as described – a cozy, comfortable California cottage set in a quiet residential neighborhood, within easy walking distance to a downtown area with coffee shops, restaurants and eclectic shopping available.For us, it was also perfectly located for an easy commute to visit our aging parents in Claremont, and having off-street parking available was a huge bonus.Beds are very comfortable (though I will admit to ‘stealing’ the pillows off the second bed as I like to have stacked pillows), and the showers in both bathrooms have great water pressure and hand-held shower wands which I greatly appreciate.We didn’t make much use of the kitchen as we were visiting family, and almost all meals were eaten with them, but it was well stocked with most things you’d need to cook at home. Coffee makers include both drip and k-cup styles, and there is a large Brita-filter water jug in the fridge so you don’t need to buy jugs of water.I think the best part of the house was the homey seasonal decorations inside and out – made you feel that you were actually part of the neighborhood instead of being in a dull unloved rental. The dachshunds everywhere made me homesick for my mom – she was also a doxie-lover, and her own holiday decorations featured her favorite hounds.We will be very happy to consider this our home base for future visits to family, and hope it’s available to us next time!

Andrea has created a cozy, fully stocked, lovely home to spend time in. The neighborhood is charming and the neighbors are very friendly. We could walk to downtown La Verne where there are many restaurants and cute shops. There is a wonderful park just one block from the house. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the welcoming porch and watch the world go by. It is the perfect setting for 4 people and a dog. Andrea is so prompt in responding to questions or requests. We will definately stay here again!

Nice, clean and Homie with all the Amenities. Loved our stay. It was like a stay at my grandparents right along with all the Dachshund decor. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. Couple of blocks walk to restaurants downtown. Especially enjoyed the raccoon run across the lawn in the mornings. Home is close to everything within 45 minutes. Took 45 minutes to Disneyland 45 minutes to Pirates dinner theater 20 minutes to family two hours to San Diego. All depends on traffic and what time you leave. House was always cozy and comfortable when we got home.

We spent some lovely evenings and mornings in your sweet space. It rained more than we expected and the house was warm and comfy. Loved the kitchen with its red appliances and the living /dining rooms were great places to hang out. We’ll be back for sure.

This is an adorable property with a wonderful host who communicates very promptly. The neighborhood was lovely and the owner's landscaping is gorgeous. So nice to have two bathrooms. We were shocked by how comfortable the beds were (they're firm but comfortable). Fans are provided in each room for comfort control and white noise. Would definitely go back if we're in the area again!

The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The showers were so nice! The location is perfect walking distance to downtown. It was very quiet during the evening hours.

This was our second stay here, so we already knew we were going to enjoy it. It’s an extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient home away from home when visiting our elderly parents who now reside in Pilgrim Place in Claremont. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, quiet, and walkable. Amanda keeps up a wonderful property and she remains our first call when we know we are planning a visit to the west coast.
