Icon 1 Bed With Water Views 16 ft Ceilings and Free Spa Access

Communication with owner was absolutely terrible. Had issues with check-in and host went radio silent. Contacted VRBO support and still had issues.Host canceled our stay while we were already traveling to the location. As a VRBO host myself, I would never treat a renter the way I was treated.

Amazing views. Kat the host was especially spectacular with making sure we were comfortable and explaining everything. Highly recommended for great location. Easy access to free public transportation and downtown.

This property had amazing views looking southeast of Miami. It was easy to communicate with property management. The negatives are that the pool was only open until 6pm every night. On the website it said 10pm but hours may fluctuate. I could see it fluctuating by an hour but closing at 6pm is not ideal for a family with kids whose entire vacation revolve around fun at the pool and beach. We paid for parking with the vacation rental not realizing that the structure is at least a 10-15 min walk away. The dryer barely works. Had to run it 3-4 cycles each time just to get the clothes dry. Would have been nice to supply beach towels. With a non-functioning dryer and minimum towels, it made things difficult. The tub was stopped up. Had to take a shower every day in about a half of foot of water. I messaged management about this and they never fixed it. The bed was comfy but too low to the ground. The property was overall pretty clean but the bathroom shelves were dusty and you could tell some things of the closet racks weren’t wiped off. I accidentally left a box of earrings in the property after checkout. I knew exactly where I left them but no one was able to locate them. So don’t forget your belongings!! Overall, we still had fun but I would not have chosen this rental if I would have known about some of these issues. I wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. For young party goers (20’s)… this is your spot and enjoy!!

My first impression was the building was very upscale and elegant the location was great not far from the beach or the downtown nightlife I absolutely loved it
