Great location. House worked out really well for us. Steve gave us great instructions for arrival and departure. Just wasa fan of the street parking but that is all that is available.

Steve was a wonderful host! He was very friendly and accommodating. He responded back in a quick manner whenever I reached out with a question. The house was clean and had all the amenities any traveler could need. The house was perfect for our girls trip to Duluth as it’s just right across the bridge. Would definitely stay here again!

So amazing! Great location super central to downtown Duluth or superior, great amenities if you’re staying home! Had the best time and hope to make it an annual trip!

Parking was a bit of a pain as there is only street parkng and several neighboring houses also use the street to park.
