House was disgusting and crawling with roaches. The hosts were unreachable and difficult to work with getting a refund. The only way I was refunded was by going through vrbo. They also stated they would reimburse part of my hotel cost after being forced to move and then rescinded that. They are terrible people at a terrible company. This is an actual representation of my experience based on facts
