My friends and I loved this place! Great location, nice & private in the treetops! I had a few questions and Clay was prompt and courteous with his replies. Very clean and comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. We had planned to use the fire pit, but with the windy and dry conditions opted instead to enjoy the gas logs in the living room. We also made use of the hot tub which was especially nice in the chilly evenings. We love Maggie Valley and will definitely be booking again!

The property is very nice and secluded. The hot tub is great. The kitchen is great for cooking with all necessary pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. and equipment. Two different kinds of coffee makers and toaster. The driveway took my breath the first time, but I got used to it. Very steep. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

The cabin was in the secluded woods at the end of the road, on top of the mountain. We loved the fire pit outside. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The area was very private with a great view! The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the indoor fireplace as it was warm and cozy. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Cabin was secluded yet close to attractions and shopping. It was beautifully up-kept and decorated. Home was well stocked and the owners were fabulous. Enjoyed the hot tub and decks. The family had fun playing table tennis. The owners thought of a lot of creature comforts which was appreciated. This is a plan that is now going to become a go to when in the area!

As soon as we walked in, the first words out of my mouth were “This feels like a home.” The hot tub was running when we got there and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Blankets, extra pillows, plenty of towels. Our group of nine had a blast and never left the cabin (except for when someone decided to run to the store) until the evening of our 4th day when we went out to dinner for my birthday. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the fire pit due to rain. Clay is very communicative and fast to respond. We are definitely putting this on our list of return vacations!!

Our stay at Treetop Tranquility was everything we hoped it would be. We look forward to our week in October every year and this year a little more than most. From the moment we arrived, everything was just wonderful. From the decor to the view to the indoor fire place, outdoor fire pit, and of course the hot tub. It was a much needed break from our normal routine and it was amazing. Our whole family loved it. 10/10 would definitely book this cabin again!

The cabin is beautiful. The pictures on VRBO are spot on but seeing the actual inside of the cabin gives you that Ahhh moment. We were amazed at The Beauty. The cabin was clean and felt like home away from home. The area is secluded so privacy wasn't an issue. Each room downstairs had its own door to the outside balcony. The downstairs basement has washer/dryer connect with ping pong table for playtime; I will state the basement is unfinished/needs ungrading. The hot tub is located downstairs. We didn't utilize the hot tube for two reasons. 1) It had a lot of sand inside it. 2) even though the property is secluded the Hot Tube deck walkway is open to the yard with no gate. A safety gate would be nice. We were concerned animals could wander onto the deck. Overall we give this property 5" we will return for another stay.

Everything about the house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, gas fireplace, and the hot tub. The host was very attentive and checked in after our arrival, during our stay and afterwards to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that they could improve. It was within easy driving distance to Cataloochee and Waynesville where there are lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Boojum). We would happily stay here again when we come back next year!

The entrance is motorcycle accessible, but a bit steep. Just be prepared for going downhill and potentially slick with mountain rain. We were delighted to see bears hangin out on the trees right off the balcony.. very cool. Clean and pretty property, but in need of some small repairs. Great communication with the host. Lots of space. Overall nice experience.

Excellent stay and location! The house was easy to access via paved roads, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. There are a few houses nearby, but the property felt very secluded, quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect mix of privacy and ease of access into Maggie Valley. Clay was also a great host! Very happy we booked this rental and hope to be back!

What a house with an incredible view! Honestly, the house and location is BETTER than shown on the listing. So secluded with lots of space, very homey and comfortable feeling inside the house, lots of towels, hot tub AMAZING, SUPER quiet outside, and CLEAN. Let me say this... if you are looking for a great place in Maggie Valley, NC area - this is your place! The home was perfect for our family. Everything was super clean, the location was great, the house was truly perfect. Clay (the owner) was super easy to get in touch with and very communicative on everything before, during, and after our stay. This home is perfect also for individuals with mobility issues, as it has literally only 1 step via the back porch to access the house, and the master suite, kitchen and living room are all on that main floor. You literally can't ask for a better place for someone with mobility issues. We absolutely will be staying at this house again when we visit. There is so many fun things to do within an hour of this location, making it truly the perfect mountain destination. I would not hesitate for one second booking this home again.

My friends and I loved this place! Great location, nice & private in the treetops! I had a few questions and Clay was prompt and courteous with his replies. Very clean and comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. We had planned to use the fire pit, but with the windy and dry conditions opted instead to enjoy the gas logs in the living room. We also made use of the hot tub which was especially nice in the chilly evenings. We love Maggie Valley and will definitely be booking again!

Everything about the house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, gas fireplace, and the hot tub. The host was very attentive and checked in after our arrival, during our stay and afterwards to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that they could improve. It was within easy driving distance to Cataloochee and Waynesville where there are lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Boojum). We would happily stay here again when we come back next year!

This place surpassed my expectations from the views, hot tub, fire pit area down all the way to how clean it was. I would definitely rent this place again :-) The owner responds to messages in a time manner. Also goes above and beyond to make sure you arrived safe and sound!!!

My family and I wanted to get away from the everyday lifestyle we have in Central Florida. We visited Maggie Valley a couple of years ago for a day trip while on vacation and fell in love with the town. We decided that our next vacation to the mountains it would be Maggie Valley. I found the TreeTop Tranquility home on VRBO and it was the best decision ever! It is secluded and we enjoyed the home very much! We have a Bernese Mountain Dog who absolutely fell in love with this property too! Everyone loved that they had their own room! We enjoyed the amenities, fire pit, hot tub, balcony and porch on both sides of the house. We were very close to the town, ski resort, tubing, and shopping! The home owner checked in with us, which was very thoughtful. We definitely will stay here again! Hands down to Clay and family for having us vacation in their home!

Excellent stay and location! The house was easy to access via paved roads, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. There are a few houses nearby, but the property felt very secluded, quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect mix of privacy and ease of access into Maggie Valley. Clay was also a great host! Very happy we booked this rental and hope to be back!

What a house with an incredible view! Honestly, the house and location is BETTER than shown on the listing. So secluded with lots of space, very homey and comfortable feeling inside the house, lots of towels, hot tub AMAZING, SUPER quiet outside, and CLEAN. The host, Clay, is extremely nice and is very responsive to messages! We cant wait to come back!!! FIVE STARS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Clay was very communicative throughout the entire process and couldn’t have been better to rent from. Beds were comfortable and the recliner in the living room was the absolute best. Was nice to have the fireplace running and be in comfortable seats. Ping pong table was a nice addition along with the hot tub. Amenities were great. Couldn’t have a fire due to the severe draught but the fire pit looked cozy. Electric heater in the bathroom was great as well. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

As a long time visitor to Maggie Valley this was so much better than staying in a motel for our 6 day stay. Quiet dead end street house provided an extremely private stay for our vacation. Owner communication was outstanding. The owner provided great directions and check in and out instructions. He even inquired mid stay if everything was what we expected and if we had any questions. We loved having soap, shampoo and conditioner in both showers, was a very nice surprise. Dishwasher and washing machine soap pods were provided for our use too. We arrived with 2 trucks and motorcycle trailers and had lots of room for parking and turning around and storage. I highly recommend this property for your stay in the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area. We will be back!

We loved how close we were to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood (behind the country club) felt safe. We liked that we had enough space for everyone in our group, with my parents taking the downstairs bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and instructions for check in and out were clear and simple. The place was super clean and pretty well stocked. My only small suggestion would be to have more sizes of pots and pans for cooking, and to update some that are worn out. But we made do. The best part was feelings away from it all and relaxing in a place that has obviously seen a lot of joy and good times come through it. We hope to come back some day.

The property is very nice and secluded. The hot tub is great. The kitchen is great for cooking with all necessary pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. and equipment. Two different kinds of coffee makers and toaster. The driveway took my breath the first time, but I got used to it. Very steep. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

Cabin was secluded yet close to attractions and shopping. It was beautifully up-kept and decorated. Home was well stocked and the owners were fabulous. Enjoyed the hot tub and decks. The family had fun playing table tennis. The owners thought of a lot of creature comforts which was appreciated. This is a plan that is now going to become a go to when in the area!

Home was very clean with great beds. Nothing bad at all to say about the house or owner. Home had everything we needed. Location was great and close to town. It was not easy getting a 16ft trailer around the turns though. Even though my very experienced motorcycle riding group did not have an issue getting up the paved drive to the cabin, there is a very steep, maybe 45 degree incline that would cause problems for lesser riders. 5/5 otherwise.

Our family vacation was so relaxing-- largely in part to this awesome home. We enjoyed preparing meals together around the kitchen bar, the two (2!) balconies, the hot tub, the abundant game/ book closet, beautiful views and privacy. Before our trip, Clay was kind enough to give us some entertainment recommendations in the area. We were not able to hit them all--guess we will just have to visit again!

Clayton was a great host! He responded quickly and answered all of our questions. His home is absolutely beautiful and just as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities and more. The hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day. We enjoyed the fire pit. Everything was perfect and we’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend staying here!!

The directions were a little confusing to us but we found it! The place was extremely clean. Hot tub was wonderful, and they have lots of extra towels which is awesome! the kitchen had tons of plates, cups, pots and pans and everything you need to cook with. Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED this cabin and hope to return some day. It was a true value. Clean, homey, cozy. Fantastic back porches. Hot tub was clean and hot. Views were lovely, check in was easy. Make sure you visit the rock shop in Maggie Valley!
