New Hagerstown Apartment - Self Check-in. Sleeps 4+

Great location and just what we needed for a relaxing weekend in Hagerstown.

The property was very nice, cute decor, comfortable. Good location. The housekeeping needs attention!! Kitchen trash can was completely full from last renter, floors and rugs needed vacuumed, refrigerator needed wiped out, glassware wasn't to clean. Remotes for ceiling fan and " mood lights" didn't work, also directions on how to operate TV's would be helpful for those who don't know how to work " smart TV's". We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, would recommend it, just needs to address the housekeeping.

Went to check in at the set time by host. Entered property and it was not cleaned from previous renter. Even smelled of cigarettes. Had ti message host x3 before response, even gave my phone number. Gave me my refund. Then proceeded to tell me conflict in schedule if cleaning lady. So ended up staying elsewhere glad I had somewhere to go. Then she sends message “Hope you enjoyed your stay and everything went smoothly”. Really? That was such a poor response at the moment. Don’t know why the host was so uncaring about messing up her renters plans. I’ve stayed at this place before and had a good experience. Not so lucky this time. I suggest if you rent here make sure the place is going to be cleaned before traveling over 3 hours to get there.

Great apartment it was comfortable & had everything we needed we could have used a extra blanket.
