We made our annual trip to Arizona this past weekend to attend the Fiesta Bowl and had the pleasure of staying in this home. The home was very well kept, clean, roomy, and cozy. Each of the bedrooms had good and comfortable beds, the kitchen was spacious and had everything you would need to cook, make coffee, etc. Huge backyard with amazing pool and jacuzzi. Overall the entire setup and vibe of the home was wonderful. The host, Ashley, was super responsive to message leading up to and during our stay. I without hesitation recommend staying here and intend on doing so again in the future.

This rental was great! Clean and easy to get to, also had all the amenities that you would want to see when you travel, the pool was great and the outside kitchen was also nice. Quiet neiborhood for you to enjoy that morning cup of coffee. We would stay here again next time were in the area with no questions.

7 college friends stayed at this house & it was perfectly laid out for all of us. Very comfortable king sized beds, heated pool & of course the hot tub was a huge hit. Beautiful & large backyard so we spent a lot of time there. Ashley was super communicative leading up to & during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a spacious layout.

The pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking area and lounge spaces were lovely. There was plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The beds were very comfy and all the extra amenities such as shampoos, conditioners and other toiletries were a nice touch. It was the perfect relaxing vacay! We would definitely stay again. Ashley was very responsive to any needs and checked in with several times throughout stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay so very much we are already planning a return trip next year. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to the 101, yet still in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, on the end of a cul-de-sac. The house and property has so much to offer both inside and out. The heated pool, with palapa to relax under was great for thr daytime, and the spa hot tub was perfect for chilly evenings. Ashley (the host) is a delight and made sure we were right at home. I give this house a 10 out of 10!

We had 5 days at this lovely property. Everyone had their own bedroom. We did some cooking and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The backyard and pool were beautiful. Perfect temperature for the heated pool. Ashley, our host, had instant reply’s to a few questions we had. Best ever!Would love to return in a future year

We couldn\'t have picked a better place to stay during our Spring Training Getaway. The house was clean, well stocked, and gave us plenty of room to spread out. All beds were extremely comfortable and the "little touches" were greatly appreciated. We took advantage of the incredible outdoor area including the heated pool, hot tub and games. The house was in a perfect location with easy access to everything. We will be back!

Ashley was awesome to work with and made our stay enjoyable. When we had questions, it was easy to reach her and get them resolved. There were plenty of beach towels and k-pods. She even left us a little basket of snacks for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to make breakfast or other meals. The pool was nice and warm, which helped because the weather in Phoenix can be a bit cool. We will definitely book again when we need to stay in this area. Thanks Ashley!

The pool was pristine and delightful. The house was spotless and there were even toiletries available in case we forgot any. The kitchen was well stocked and the TV channels were numerous. The owner was really kind and responded to our single issue immediately. There was a terrible dust storm one night and we were concerned the pool vacuum was not working and she had a person fix it the very next morning. I felt the price was reasonable especially for what we got in return. I will be renting this place in the future!

The property was great for our stay. There were so many extras like tooth brushes, tooth paste, drinks in the fridge, cookies on the counter. Plenty of towels, games, toilet paper etc. the host even asked us if we needed anything from Samsclub. The house was a great size, the pool was great and the large couch was great for our family to watch movies at night. The ONLY complaint we could think of is that the water heater did run out of hot water by the time all of us had to shower but that’s a luxury kids these days didn’t even know existed so they survived-we’d stay again for sure!

3 friends and I traveled to see the Raven's-Cardinals football game and spent 3 days exploring the area. Ashley was a WONDERFUL host!! The home was everything we could ask for, spacious, clean and Ashley was amazing! Hot tub was great (we needed it after A ATV experience). The pool was perfect, and a very relaxing home to stay in! Aslely had all the touches well thought out, beds were awesome! We are already talking about going back...You couldn't ask for a more enjoyable stay. We all would reccommend this property and hope to return!

Everything was perfect. Home was spacious and inviting. There were so many extras that we enjoyed. Ashley left a welcome snack and other special things that we enjoyed such as the facial masks. We were able to use the spices and condiments in fridge. We appreciated not having to buy salt etc. The pool was clean and inviting. My family loved every moment of our stay. Ashley was responsive and encouraged us to contact her should we need anything during our stay. The only request my kids had was a full length mirror in the house because we were at a conference and they wanted to see their full outfits. I can't wait to go back!

The pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking area and lounge spaces were lovely. There was plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The beds were very comfy and all the extra amenities such as shampoos, conditioners and other toiletries were a nice touch. It was the perfect relaxing vacay! We would definitely stay again. This house was everything as described AND MORE. Ashley was so great at communication and did her best to accommodate my special requests. It was spotless upon arrival, full stocked (even with K-cups!) and very cozy/welcoming. The themed decor in each room is absolutely adorable. The patio area was so lovey in the mornings and the pool was perfection during the day. Ashley truly thought of everything. If ever we are back in the area, we will stay here again. Highly recommend. 5 stars all around!

We enjoyed our stay so very much we are already planning a return trip next year. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to the 101, yet still in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, on the end of a cul-de-sac. The house and property has so much to offer both inside and out. The heated pool, with palapa to relax under was great for thr daytime, and the spa hot tub was perfect for chilly evenings. Ashley (the host) is a delight and made sure we were right at home. I give this house a 10 out of 10!

This was by far the most accurate online listing we have rented to date. Ashley was great to work with and the house was amazing! Very spacious, elegantly decorated, very clean and well stocked! The pool was pristine and delightful. The house was spotless and there were even toiletries available in case we forgot any. The kitchen was well stocked and the TV channels were numerous. The owner was really kind and responded to our single issue immediately. There was a terrible dust storm one night and we were concerned the pool vacuum was not working and she had a person fix it the very next morning. I felt the price was reasonable especially for what we got in return. I will be renting this place in the future!

Ashley was awesome to work with and made our stay enjoyable. When we had questions, it was easy to reach her and get them resolved. There were plenty of beach towels and k-pods. She even left us a little basket of snacks for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to make breakfast or other meals. The pool was nice and warm, which helped because the weather in Phoenix can be a bit cool. We will definitely book again when we need to stay in this area. Thanks Ashley!

Everything was perfect. Home was spacious and inviting. There were so many extras that we enjoyed. Ashley left a welcome snack and other special things that we enjoyed such as the facial masks. We were able to use the spices and condiments in fridge. We appreciated not having to buy salt etc. The pool was clean and inviting. My family loved every moment of our stay. Ashley was responsive and encouraged us to contact her should we need anything during our stay. The only request my kids had was a full length mirror in the house because we were at a conference and they wanted to see their full outfits. I can't wait to go back!

We needed to be in very early on our first day and ended up booking the day before so we could make that happen. Ashley, was very responsive and helpful. Property was just as expected. Pool and hot tub were clean as was the rest of the property. A lot of little extras on the property to be used by the guests. Thank you, Ashley! You made our trip so much easier for our quick stay.

This rental was great! Clean and easy to get to, also had all the amenities that you would want to see when you travel, the pool was great and the outside kitchen was also nice. Quiet neiborhood for you to enjoy that morning cup of coffee. We would stay here again next time were in the area with no questions.

Great location. 10 min from Deer Valley airport, where sunrise hot air balloon takes off. Only 20 minutes to TPC golf location. House has everything you need, it’s cute & tidy. Kitchen cabinets are stocked & ready if you want to cook & bath towels are new & fluffy. Pool was a great way to relax & catch up with friends. Host was super responsive & helpful. We had 9 in our group. I would say it fits 8 comfortably with everyone having a bed. 9th person was on couch or could have used blow up mattress. I say book this one!

We couldn\'t have picked a better place to stay during our Spring Training Getaway. The house was clean, well stocked, and gave us plenty of room to spread out. All beds were extremely comfortable and the "little touches" were greatly appreciated. We took advantage of the incredible outdoor area including the heated pool, hot tub and games. The house was in a perfect location with easy access to everything. We will be back!

We made our annual trip to Arizona this past weekend to attend the Fiesta Bowl and had the pleasure of staying in this home. The home was very well kept, clean, roomy, and cozy. Each of the bedrooms had good and comfortable beds, the kitchen was spacious and had everything you would need to cook, make coffee, etc. Huge backyard with amazing pool and jacuzzi. Overall the entire setup and vibe of the home was wonderful. The host, Ashley, was super responsive to message leading up to and during our stay. I without hesitation recommend staying here and intend on doing so again in the future.

The property was great for our stay. There were so many extras like tooth brushes, tooth paste, drinks in the fridge, cookies on the counter. Plenty of towels, games, toilet paper etc. the host even asked us if we needed anything from Samsclub. The house was a great size, the pool was great and the large couch was great for our family to watch movies at night. The ONLY complaint we could think of is that the water heater did run out of hot water by the time all of us had to shower but that’s a luxury kids these days didn’t even know existed so they survived-we’d stay again for sure!

We had 5 days at this lovely property. Everyone had their own bedroom. We did some cooking and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The backyard and pool were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting family & to attend our nieces graduation. Ashley helped make traveling with my 3 year old SO seamless. From making sure we had black out curtains for naps, having toddler dishes/cups/utensils, to having special suprise toys & snacks delivered to up the "fun" level. I had everything I needed for our stay & more! She also made sure to have a larger desk & chair available since I was working remotely throughout our stay. Internet speed is top notch & I did not have any connectivity issues at all. The house is in an excellent location with easy access to the 101 & it's easy to make quick day trips out of town. The house was very clean, beds comfy, decor very cute & the heated pool was lovely. The neighborhood is quiet & the park right around the corner is perfect for little ones. Ashley was quick to respond to any questions I had & very dependable. This was by far my best VRBO experience & Ashley is an exceptional host! Would 100% recommend this rental & will 100% stay again!

If I could give this a 10 plus, I would. This house had everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is fantastic. Our stay in March had record heat so we got to use the pool everyday. Ashley was a fantastic host!
