Condo with Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Near Walking Paths

Attraction was pool hot tub club house and pickleball court. Close to grocery store and restaurants and within walking distance. Close to hospital and Thunderbird Paseo Park which made for siren noise, helicopters and unhoused individuals. Bed had a memory foam on top of mattress and was less than comfortable. Screen doors hard to open and close and didn’t close properly. Patio off bedroom unusable due to it being very dirty and used for storage. Fridge made loud noise and laundry room doors kept jamming and not closing properly. Unit needs to be updated and decluttered. For the price we paid the level of cleanliness, overall state of wear and furnishings were disappointing. .

The host are true pros! The condo was cute, cozy, and clean. It was perfect in every way. I will definitely return when I visit again. Thank you so much!
