Un duplex muy bien equipado, los colchones muy buenos, la ubicación estupenda y tranquila. Muy buen servicio y limpieza La nevera a causa del panelado no cierra bien Me gustaría refuerzo en las cortinas de la habitación del piso de arriba porque entra mucha luz

Service top Cleaniness top Again a nice stay, we love the location as being not far from beaches, shops, supermarket, restaurants Extra airco in the upperfloor bedroom is an improvement Beach towels Blankets or light fleeces for the beds Better internet More cupboards closed for privacy =only one small cupboard left to stock groceries is not enough !

Nice property with atmosphere and personality ! We loved it ! It is not to Javea holidays to improve this but the garden was not well maintained nor the hallways . The dogs in the properties leave marks of urine on the walls, floors and even liftdoors… The commun hallways are dirty, and given a negative impression when you enter the building…..

Stayed for a month so really got the feel of the apartment .. We had the penthouse modern stylish and well equipped we enjoyed the local supermarket most days light cooking at home ...10 min walk ...nearest beach bar was 10mins walk and we were ideally situated between the port and the arenal..for us we enjoyed the walk each day for 1 of our meals out ......may was unusually hot and the private terraces were very welcome ...recommend this apartment it's got style and personality home from home Water argh a lot of plastic bottles so a water jug or water filter would be good A sharp bread knife and a sharp slicing knife Wine glasses ....we like a good wine so better wine glasses would be good Outside sun loungers on terrace as we bought and left beach ones These are practical items that we missed everything else was great
