Charming Charlottesville Apt w/ Outdoor Space!

Such a gracious host and a beautiful property! We stayed for my son’s graduation from UVA, which is about 12 minutes away. Linda is a treasure!

We loved our stay at Linda and Richard’s house. They are so accommodating and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back!

The unit and the property are delightful. The unit includes various amenities and nice touches. The hosts are lovely people. Unfortunately, the location did not support our phone connectivity and the on-site wi-fi was spotty at best, kicking off shortly after being relaunched (we began the stay without connectivity and were unaware how to resolve it and the hosts were unavilable). Except for a very few minutes during our stay, we had no internet or TV use while there. The value for the price paid was compromised greatly.

Linda and Richard were fantastic hosts! They made the stay 10/10. The property is perfectly situated in the quiet woods where you can relax and even spot fireflies/lightning bugs. The property is very close to coffee shops, main downtown area, and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park! Will visit again :)

Lovely woodsy area minutes from downtown and all wineries and points of interest. Apartment offered everything we needed and hosts were friendly and fun! We were invited to their happy hour bonfire in the backyard fire pit! Such a treat!
