What a Fantastic place !!! Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Very close & easy access to Raystown Lake for our Kayaks. Only 10 min. to Allegrippis trails for our mountain bikes and only 15 min. to a terrific rail trail for our road bikes !!! House had everything we needed and more : outdoor grill , fire pit w/ chairs , telescope , and more kitchen stuff than we have at home !!! Spacious and clean. Can’t wait to get back !!!! Thank you again !!!!

We loved our stay! Its nice to stay somewhere that doeant juat "accept" pets but welcomes them. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for us! We will be back for sure!

We rented Sunny Acres for a weekend visit with family in the area. The property was exactly as advertised. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and there was plenty of room for all our grandchildren to play. The kitchen was fully stocked so all we needed to do was visit the local grocery store and we were set for the weekend. I would defiantly recommend Sunny Acres.

I can’t say anything more then WOW! This house will blow ur mind. Everything u could want or need was available. I over packed because I plan for everything. However we get there to find everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. So beautifully organized and labeled. We took our fur babies and they not use to be able to freely run all the time. So needless to say they we in their glory with the nice fenced in yard. Nights around the fire and looking at the night sky with nothings but peace & quiet was just the medicine needed to make a perfect weekend!

We enjoyed staying in close proximity to the lake and having a boat launch 5 minutes away was fantastic. Our dogs loved the dog door and fenced-in backyard. They loved watching rabbits and chipmunks. The house was clean and in great working order. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!

We really loved this VRBO! The owner thought of everything - Great stocked kitchen, grill, TV rooms (2), deck with a fenced in yard for our dog. It’s a lovely quiet location. It had all the necessities soap, paper towels, shampoo etc. We hiked & fished. Plenty of room inside. The owner was ok with a later checkout since no one was coming in after us. It gave us a chance to have a nice Easter brunch with our son who attends Juniata College without rushing out at 11am. We really appreciated that-thanks!! It was a super easy checkout. Would stay here again for sure!! Thank you for a great Easter memory!!

This home has so many conveniences, very well organized and clean. So many places to relax. Family room has puzzles and games to enjoy when you come back from your day at the lake. We cooked dinner everyday and the kitchen is extremely well stocked and labeled. Also used the outdoor propane grill and enjoyed nights at the fire pit. What a great vacation rental!

Located on a secluded property with room for dogs to roam. Water access was a short walk. Beautiful spacious home. Communication with owner was A+. Has everything you need. Recommendation would be an outdoor plug to charge boat, the outdoor barn plug did not work. Would highly recommend!

great home for our family with little ones. The home was well—equipped and we didn’t want for anything. It had laundry, dish & bath soaps; spices etc. The owner was very easy to work with. You couldn’t really walk to the lake since it was marshy. We were in close driving distance to Seven Points though. A negative was that we had to pick up the previous renters dog waste & the deck steps were a little tricky for us Wonderful home & yard with views.

Went to Raystown Lake area to visit the nearby University. This rental perfectly suited our needs for the weekend! We had a cleaning issue, but our host quickly addressed the issue. We would stay again if we’re in the area.

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, near to the boat dock which we would have loved had it been warmer! Have been there before and will be back again! Loved spending time with my husband just relaxing in the lovely house and enjoying some downtime

The property boasted many fine features and did not disappoint. Wonderful outdoor areas to enjoy and location near the lake was unbeatable. Nearly everything needed during the stay was provided and the place was in pristine condition.Absolutely loved it .Considering coming back every year , wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 6 stars

Everything about the stay was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and their was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck and backyard were very nice too. Dave, the property owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It's a short walk to the water, and a short drive to the marina/main body lake. The property is also nice and private/quiet. Definitely a great time!

Just got back from a 4 night stay here. Great location to the lake. My Grandson loves to fish and caught a nice bass down at the cove down the road. Drive to Seven Points marina was quick. Really enjoyed the house which was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has more than everything you need. Nice deck and yard. Will definitely stay there again if we return to the lake.

Sunny Acres was a perfect place for a family getaway. The location was half way between the East and West sides of the state where our family live. The house was clean, the amenities were great, plenty of privacy and space for the dog and boat. The house had plenty of options for whole family activities yet had plenty of places to be alone and enjoy some "me time". We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back to Sunny Acres again.

This is the perfect place for us, between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, to get together with family. The house is all that's advertised and then some. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need to feed the family. We rented a pontoon boat for a day. The next day the younger family members rented jet skis. We checked out some local restaurants and played cards in the evening. We all had a great time, and the dogs enjoyed it too! At Raystown Lake, we wouldn't stay anywhere else but here.

We loved our stay at Sunny acres. We spent most of our time fishingand it was nice to come back to the coziness of this house. We had everything that we needed and it was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Sunny and Dave for sharing with us!

Great property- comfortable, very well organized and well stocked. Clean and bright. Dave is excellent with communications and support to his guests. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Close to lake, allegrippis trails and Huntingdon, perfect for visiting kids at Juniata. Highly recommended.

We really loved this VRBO! The owner thought of everything - Great stocked kitchen, grill, TV rooms (2), deck with a fenced in yard for our dog. It’s a lovely quiet location. It had all the necessities soap, paper towels, shampoo etc. We hiked & fished. Plenty of room inside. The owner was ok with a later checkout since no one was coming in after us. It gave us a chance to have a nice Easter brunch with our son who attends Juniata College without rushing out at 11am. We really appreciated that-thanks!! It was a super easy checkout. Would stay here again for sure!! Thank you for a great Easter memory!!

Once again our family throughly enjoyed this property. Alway clean and plenty of room to relax as a family. This time we brought the dog along and it was great to have a place for him to run free. Excellent quick communication from owner. I’m sure we will be back again!

Located on a secluded property with room for dogs to roam. Water access was a short walk. Beautiful spacious home. Communication with owner was A+. Has everything you need. Recommendation would be an outdoor plug to charge boat, the outdoor barn plug did not work. Would highly recommend!

great home for our family with little ones. The home was well—equipped and we didn’t want for anything. It had laundry, dish & bath soaps; spices etc. The owner was very easy to work with. You couldn’t really walk to the lake since it was marshy. We were in close driving distance to Seven Points though. A negative was that we had to pick up the previous renters dog waste & the deck steps were a little tricky for us Wonderful home & yard with views.

What a Fantastic place !!! Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Very close & easy access to Raystown Lake for our Kayaks. Only 10 min. to Allegrippis trails for our mountain bikes and only 15 min. to a terrific rail trail for our road bikes !!! House had everything we needed and more : outdoor grill , fire pit w/ chairs , telescope , and more kitchen stuff than we have at home !!! Spacious and clean. Can’t wait to get back !!!! Thank you again !!!!

Sunny Acres is a beautiful property. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Our dogs loved the backyard. We stayed here for Penn State graduation. It's only about an hour from State College. The weather was terrible, so we plan to come back sometime in the future. There are so many outdoor activities to do near Raystown Lake. Thank you, David and Sunny!

The property boasted many fine features and did not disappoint. Wonderful outdoor areas to enjoy and location near the lake was unbeatable. Nearly everything needed during the stay was provided and the place was in pristine condition.Absolutely loved it .Considering coming back every year , wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 6 stars

Everything about the stay was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and their was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck and backyard were very nice too. Dave, the property owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It's a short walk to the water, and a short drive to the marina/main body lake. The property is also nice and private/quiet. Definitely a great time!

Just got back from a 4 night stay here. Great location to the lake. My Grandson loves to fish and caught a nice bass down at the cove down the road. Drive to Seven Points marina was quick. Really enjoyed the house which was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has more than everything you need. Nice deck and yard. Will definitely stay there again if we return to the lake.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. We considering rent this property in the future.If you have an option to bring you own portable grill, do it. The one that property offers, is not a grill it just metal box that does't cook anything.

We rented Sunny Acres for a weekend visit with family in the area. The property was exactly as advertised. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and there was plenty of room for all our grandchildren to play. The kitchen was fully stocked so all we needed to do was visit the local grocery store and we were set for the weekend. I would defiantly recommend Sunny Acres.

This home has so many conveniences, very well organized and clean. So many places to relax. Family room has puzzles and games to enjoy when you come back from your day at the lake. We cooked dinner everyday and the kitchen is extremely well stocked and labeled. Also used the outdoor propane grill and enjoyed nights at the fire pit. What a great vacation rental!

Very nice home. well equip,labeled,clean we really enjoyed our stay. we go to lake every day use seven points marina we come to Rays town every August this was one of the nicest houses we stayed at. this owner knows how to be a good rental landlord for vacationers.

This is the perfect place for us, between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, to get together with family. The house is all that's advertised and then some. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need to feed the family. We rented a pontoon boat for a day. The next day the younger family members rented jet skis. We checked out some local restaurants and played cards in the evening. We all had a great time, and the dogs enjoyed it too! At Raystown Lake, we wouldn't stay anywhere else but here.

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, near to the boat dock which we would have loved had it been warmer! Have been there before and will be back again! Loved spending time with my husband just relaxing in the lovely house and enjoying some downtime
