We had a great stay at Villa Beachside. Such a relaxing place to stay with direct access to the beach and a large games room under the house. Secure fencing for our dog so she could be included on our holiday. The house was clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We will be back!

Beautiful home, beautiful location and so much to do with the family.We had vintage bikes to ride around on, kayaks to explore the water with and gaming arcades to keep the family entertained in the down time.Great sea side getaway for the family.

A very nice property with lots of little inclusions, and beautifully positioned close to the beach. Wonderful having use of kayaks and a paddle board - only tried the paddle board, but such fun. Described as having 2 bathrooms, which is a bit of a stretch- the 2nd ‘bathroom’ is only a cement based beach shower and toilet off downstairs laundry only accessible via external stairway. Yard area was quite unkempt and needed mowing. Owner needs to keep an eye on cleaners - floors were very dirty, and coffee milk heater had built up old milk needing a soaking clean; and door track filled with sand and grime. Clothes dryer required thorough cleaning of both filters. Needs more permanent power outlets as multitudes of power boards are not safe. Downstairs light switch placed high up on a wall very difficult to reach. These comments are for the benefit of the owner to make the property better for future renters. This property will be amazing once these little things are addressed.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Great location, great amenities. Games room is rad for everyone not just the kids. The bikes available are truly something to be seen and enjoyed.Loved it all. Wallabies in the back yard of a morning was icing on the cake!Will be back.

We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families.

What an absolute gem of a property in the best location you could possibly get in Toogoom. Everything is exactly how it is described in the ad, the property is flawlessly clean and maintained and you have everything you could possibly need. I grew up going to Toogoom and I thought my grandparents house had the best beach access and location…but I was wrong: Mark & Karin’s is the best of the best. We’ll be dreaming of the effortless stroll down the beach until our next trip. Super grateful that it is pet friendly. Toogoom is such a wonderland for dogs and the off leash afternoons are super social for your pup if you want (or if you want the opposite you have kilometres of beach to yourself some days too). Compared to anywhere we’ve ever stayed this house is super generous with sharing their possessions: think kayaks/stand up paddle board/bikes & games. My family and I (including our dogs) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property - it is very clean, well-kept, secure and extremely comfortable in a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood. The hosts provide so many avenues of entertainment you should never hear the words "I'm bored" come out of any mouth. The entertainment area, and all of the games and facilities provided under the house, is just the perfect place for families to spend some quality time having lots of fun together. It is wonderful to find a host that allows the family pets to come and enjoy the holiday as well. The yard is fully fenced and a great size for the pups to enjoy, with very easy access to the beach/creek at the back of the property. The house is situated literally 30 seconds walk from the beach, great for walking, fishing or paddling with the provided canoes/kayaks/paddle boards and a short walk to the boat ramp and restaurant overlooking Beelbi Creek. It is also situated a relatively short drive to the hustle and bustle of Hervey Bay, Urangan Pier and the other seaside areas surrounding them. The hosts are very receptive to enquiries, fast with their response and very friendly and welcoming. It is definitely a perfect family holiday property with plenty to keep everyone entertained and provides the opportunity to fully relax in complete comfort. Thank you so much to Mark and Karin for providing a fantastically wonderful property, allowing us to have such a great holiday.

Property was very clean and tidy with fantastic amenities. Great location, back door to beach in less than 60 seconds but well protected thanks to the bushland. Great communication from host. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a nice quiet beach town. Great for small pets with thoughtful inclusions like water bowls and designated Pet towels.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa Beachside. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming. Great location with just a few steps to the beach from the backyard. Our dog loved the long walks along the beach and met dozens of new friends.

Villa Beachside was simply stunning. The decor, inside and out, so beautifully done. The bed, ridiculously comfy, and so many thoughtful extras provided.Close proximity to a beautiful swimming beach, perfect for big and little kids.We will return!!

Great space to be in. We loved the wildlife at our fence line and the views to the beach, sunsets through the trees and the quiet. Always possible to find the perfect sitting spot, whether you want sun or shade. Hosts are very helpful and the house is well set up for everyday and recreational activities. The dog loved being there and the variety of walks for a larger dog was a bonus.

Toogoom itself is a little hidden gem and then we have the villa. What can I say!! Everything you need for a perfect family holiday. You really don't need to bring anything but yourselves and food. We loved the beachy retro vibe of the villa too. You can do nothing but read, which I did, or be like the rest of my family and use all the recreational equipment supplied. The beach was so close just a quick stroll through the nature reserve. Our fur baby loved running on the beach at low tide and having a little growl at the kangaroos and bush turkeys every day. Mark was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back for sure. We loved our stay here

Hosts, Mark and Karin have put much thought into the needs of guests by providing everything needed plus more for a relaxing, comfortable stay with quality appliances and cookware in a beautifully decorated, very clean home. The kids were well entertained with the array of games available to them and even kayaks and bikes. The furry kids were also well catered for with the fenced yard and plenty of space for them to run. Lots of fun was had and the small things that were provided were much appreciated ie, mozzie spray, coils, kitchen essentials..thank you!! We shall come again, thank you for having us!

This property had everything we needed & more. The location is perfect, close to the water but very private. The weather was not the best during our stay, but we made the most of the downstairs games area. Communication with the host was easy & lovely. We would love to return one day.

What an absolute gem of a property in the best location you could possibly get in Toogoom. Everything is exactly how it is described in the ad, the property is flawlessly clean and maintained and you have everything you could possibly need. I grew up going to Toogoom and I thought my grandparents house had the best beach access and location…but I was wrong: Mark & Karin’s is the best of the best. We’ll be dreaming of the effortless stroll down the beach until our next trip. Super grateful that it is pet friendly. Toogoom is such a wonderland for dogs and the off leash afternoons are super social for your pup if you want (or if you want the opposite you have kilometres of beach to yourself some days too). Compared to anywhere we’ve ever stayed this house is super generous with sharing their possessions: think kayaks/stand up paddle board/bikes & games. Also every streaming program you can think of too for those lazy nights. We had so much fun. I obviously can’t speak highly enough of this place - 5 star in every way. We will be back.

Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek. There is an interesting assortment of novelty bikes, unfortunately none were suitable for practical use to explore the area to any distance. The listing on stayz mentioned a gym and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the gym equipment was just a chin-up bar frame. The house is as pictured, and the beds comfortable with good quality linen and towels provided. But the house has the feel of being renovated by a home handyman. The second bathroom is in the laundry downstairs and is very basic with no internal lining on the walls and not something we chose to utilise. The hosts were great, very responsive to any queries we had and it was a relaxing stay at Villa Beachside.

We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families.

Our family had a great time during our recent stay in Toogoom. Beachside Villa was set up with everything we needed. The kids had a ball with all the games downstairs and the location so close to the beach was relaxing and peaceful. Thanks to Mark for being welcoming and very helpful during our stay. A great place to stay! Everything you need is there. A short walk and it is short to the beach where you can walk your fur baby off leash. The bird life is wonderful with Kookaburras coming to sit on the fence while you are relaxing downstairs. Very welcoming hosts. Toogoom is a hidden gem where you can just relax in a lovely holiday home.

We had a great stay at villa beachside. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were endless games and activities so we never had to hear “I’m bored”. The proximity to the beach was amazing and we really enjoyed early morning kayaking. Riding around on the vintage bikes was definitely a highlight! We will be back for sure.
