The Rustic Barn - Urban Retreat | King bed | Pet friendly | Full apartment

Sue & Manny were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. I loved how they decorated the Rustic Barn for Christmas - made me feel like I was home when I couldn’t be during this time of year. They even went above and beyond with my dogs and would bring them up to play with their dogs - my dogs always wanted to go upstairs when we’d go for a walk when I got home from work! She would keep me updated on how the were doing during the day and send pictures - it was a real family feel! I am so grateful to have found the Rustic Barn with Sue and Manny, and for it to be my very first Vrbo experience ever! Thank you so much - we will be back!

They need to do something about the DOG smell in the bedroom ceiling.

We enjoyed our stay - it's in a great neighborhood and our hosts were very quick to reply when we had a question!

It is unfortunate as I was really looking forward to the "5 star" treatment as suggested. The main complaint was the noise. The family live above with a toddler and at least 2 dogs. We were constantly hearing the child running back and forth, playing balls, mom yelling, dad yelling, walking, things being dropped. No noise barrier (insulation) to speak of. House also mid-renovation. Male owner came down twice unannounced to assist plumbers. Once with a dog. Our door was also left unlocked all night by owner, we assume after helping the plumber. We were very disappointed and were to return for a second visit. We chose not to.
