Great apartment, clean and nicely furnished. The bed and pillows are comfortable, perfect location to many Dubuque attractions! Ken is very helpful and responsive. He responded immediately when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely go back!

The apartment and location were perfect for my stay in Dubuque! Ken's directions to find the apartment were spot on and everything matched the listing. I would stay here again!

Didnt get correct wifi password until next day. Noisy in adjoining units. Had to park a block away. We are seniors, so long 1/2 block walk for us. Parking was not convenient for us, but probably ok for younger persons. I probably didnt communicate effectively. Everything we needed was included, but shower too slick for my husband.
